Maybe if you tell your developers not to mock their customers and ACTUALLY make the games that they ask for and don't attempt to push customers around....you'd be doing much better.
This is good to hear. I'm really interested in checking this game out this time around!
@yomfrweeee A little hard to compare Killzone 2 and Crackdown 3. Crackdown has always been about avant garde style cell shading and was never about graphics. Killzone 2 and Killzone in general was always supposed to be a "Halo killer" and supply Sony with the best looking game possible. How can you possibly compare the two?
Pro tip....you can't!
the problem is the massive expectations on this game versus what the finished product will likely be, a law of diminished returns in a sense. The hype for this game coupled with the weight of the extra long release cycle has likely killed some of the steam this game once had.
Forza 7 would be pretty cool!
I sure hope so this would be so awesome!
Sony has proven themselves to be the king of exclusives this gen. Honestly though, I can say that even though I bought a PS4 explicitly to play the exclusives I never had access to before, I have cared less than I thought I would. I do not find the variety of Sony exclusives to really appeal to me aside from Detroit: Become Human (oh my god so good) and Uncharted 4. I was very disappointed when I bought a PS4 just to play Killzone and they have only released Shadow Fall :(
...
Irregardless, PSN was down for 23 days. Can't defend that at all. Man you guys are funny sometimes. Can't admit that's scary as hell. I have a PS4 and have experienced at least 10 downtimes I would guess since the launch which really disappointed me because I LOVE my PS4 but I still gotta give it to Microsoft, yeah they have their issues too clearly just like this one...but at least over the last 10 years or so that i've been on Xbox Live I have only experienced downtime maybe...
Unannounced projects or new IP's have piqued my interest.
I don't know a lot about this stuff but I know that this is exciting news !
You can't defend something so effing lazy though, if it's so simple and minor that should be done. Think about it for 1 second. ITS A WWII GAME AND YOURE GOING TO SCREW SOMETHING UP THAT FUNDAMENTAL AND NOT FIX IT ASAP. Really? So how come this was never an issue with BF1...
I totally agree, I can't stand playing Fjell # whatever and the Narvik map is also kind of blah. I feel like the maps have really dipped. I miss some of the massive maps from BF4 and some of the great maps from BF1 just seems like BFV is missing something when it comes to map design.
Lots of great fixes and adjustments but looks like they still haven't fixed the issue where on maps such as Rotterdam on Grand Operations where you are getting dropped in as the Germans you appear inside a freaking C47 WITH GERMAN LOGOS ON IT BUT BRITISH TROOPS INSIDE. max loooool. What a fail IMO for a WWII game to get wrong.
@mikeslemonade lol
@pyroxxx mega lol that was awesome
Competition in the industry is good. It will be interesting to watch AMD going forward for sure.
Surprise surprise
This is amazing news because I still believe Bungie is truly world class, and given full control and more time to shape the experience exactly as they want will bode well for us - the gamers.
This is very interesting news I think. I'd like to see AMD re-enter the console market as a chipset supplier and see where they can take things as they have become competitive again in the PC realm again.
I really can't see us going discless just yet. You are right, however I do think download will continue to become more popular as even with myself I have semi transitioned to downloading more games as I find it more convenient however when you have a data plan like I do you can realistically only download about 1 major game per billing cycle or risk going over or getting slowed down on your plan...here In Canada anyways!
I would be super mad if I was FORCED to go discl...
Will have to exercise this option next time, I got burned hard on the BFV Deluxe preorder
