It was just something to complain about.
95% of the time the "ad" was a link to something you could download on the store anyway. A new game or DLC, or something that is on sale.
I loved the "ads". I bought a ton of stuff that I otherwise wouldn't have known was on sale, or didn't realize had been released or whatever.
The X1 dash has the same thing, you just have to scroll over to the store tab to see them. Th...
For christ's sake, people, it's "biased". BiasED.
If a person or website displays BIAS, then they are BIASED.
It absolutely drives me nuts that people insist on using that word and can't even use it properly.
It's quite simple.
Nobody is going to buy a device they don't already own just for this game. But if they make it available everywhere it will sell well, and they will also have the added benefit of looking like the good guys for a change.
I like climbing towers.
People are actually saying now that it is too big to fit into an entertainment center? Give me a break, it's almost exactly the same size as the PS3 and 360 were when they launched, and entertainment centers use the same standard sized spaces now that they did when those launched, and for 20 years prior to that.
If you can't fit an XB1, then I assume you also don't have a surround receiver because those things dwarf the XB1.
My whole problem with VR IS the headset.
It cuts you off from the outside world.
If somebody wants to talk to me while I'm playing now, they can. If they want to see what I'm doing, they can.
As soon as you put that headset on, you can't see or hear anyone else, they can't see or hear what you are doing, and can't talk to you.
It's a ridiculously anti-social experience, and maybe some people want th...
What system are you playing it on?
I just fired it up last night on Xbox One to play some co-op with a friend and I think it is worse than it was at launch.
I'm with you. I'd buy Illumiroom in a heartbeat.
Couldn't care less about wearing a VR headset.
Weird. I almost never look at anyone's name. lol
It is really something special.
Probably going to end up being my favorite Halo multiplayer yet.
8 disagrees and counting because you said good things about Xbox.
Oh internets... You are hilarious.
Agreed. I loved both of those games.
Just started playing Watch Dogs again last night actually, to play the DLC. It's great so far.
Titanfall is my favorite multiplayer shooter in years.
I don't understand all the hate for those two games.
Destiny on the other hand, is the biggest letdown I've ever had in gaming history. What a terrible pile of dung that game turned out to be.
Yeah, good stuff.
That was something unique and always really fun.
How do we know this isn't just a working title they are using because they are adding co-op to the next dragon's dogma?
The answer is, we don't. Everyone just wants to assume the worst and then bitch about it.
I'm not saying I like any of the possibilities that people here are presenting, I'm just saying it is all nothing but speculation and getting pissed about it is stupid.
Again, that's just one word.
We still don't know what this is.
I love how everyone sees a trademarked name and knows absolutely NOTHING about what it is for or how it is going to work, and they automatically hate it.
How about you save all of that hate up until you KNOW WHAT YOU ARE HATING?
Just chill and wait to see what it is.
I've said it a 100 times already but I'll keep saying it.
I don't get all the hate towards Watch Dogs.
I freakin loved that game. I'm not sure what people were expecting it to be that they were so disappointed. It was EXACTLY what I expected, a great game.
Ballseye you said it best.
Those same people probably said Ryse is nothing but QTE's, but also think this game is going to be awesome.
I'll play this game eventually, but other than the graphics, it hasn't shown me anything at all to be excited about.
Maybe I'm wrong and it'll be super fun, but it just looks like 80% QTE cutscenes to me.
I was going to try it just to test it out, but I don't really want to have to go through the trouble of remembering to cancel it, either.
I know I'm not ever going to subscribe, so I'll just forget about it.
