The kind of person who would write this is a cancer on society.
It's so bad.
I'm guessing the same people that are designing EA games are not also managing the website, so I'll think it'll be ok.
Fallout 76 and a lot of others, like Destiny for instance, were mainly using them as server load tests, and not really bug testing, though.
So yeah, it's kind of a beta, but not in the traditional sense.
I thought it was just cosmetics. I haven't played it myself yet.
Buying cosmetics is how you "win"?
My point is, even if the graphics were prettier, and there were no glitches, the game would still be complete crap.
That has absolutely nothing to do with why this game is awful, though.
I think you might have something else going on, I've never heard my Xbox One X make a noise while playing this game.
I just read this review it's probably the best one I've seen yet.
It's completely accurate in every way to what I saw in the BETA, and it's a fair score for a game like this.
Actually from what I played during the BETA before I cancelled my pre-order, that review is quite accurate.
I keep seeing people saying bugs are the problem.
They aren't.
Yes it's buggy, and yes, that is bad.
But the game is awful regardless.
This isn't a good game ruined by lack of polish, it's just a BAD game.
I pre ordered the centennial edition or whatever it was called.
I was a vocal defender of the fact that it was online and not a traditional Fallout.
Then I played the beta, realized it was one of the worst games I've ever played, and cancelled my pre-order.
Some people are probably just hating on it because they were dead set against it from day one, the first time they heard "multiplayer."
But there are...
The problem with the game isn't that it's "rough", implying that bugs and glitches are the problem.
They aren't.
It's just a flat-out terrible game.
I had no glitches to speak of in my time with the Beta, but it was still one of the worst games I've ever played.
I sure hope so.
I like all of their games that don't have "76" in the title. :)
I love when everyone complains about a game having nothing to do, but then people watch videos of how to do everything as fast as possible.
Destiny was the same way for awhile.
On Monday the internet was awash with people bitching about no content, then an hour after a Tuesday reset, there are a bunch of videos telling you how to cheat through all the content as fast as possible.
Games were better before the internet.
I don't think one bad game is going to kill them.
Starfield and ES6 will sell like hotcakes regardless of how this garbage did.
Andromeda was actually a decent game after they fixed the bugs, not the best ME, but not terrible.
This game is bad regardless of some bugs, so even if they fix everything, it's still going to be terrible.
It has to be.
Still waiting on the big name sites, but this thing might end up at 5 or below on Metacritic at this rate.
metacritic does that because it's an average of a bunch of other different scores.
That is different that one person assigning a score like this.
