Agreed, you could put a big article title UNCHARTED 2 IS THE WORST GAME EVER. And then right after you click the actual story you see "that's what I would say if I it was opposite day", and you would see the majority of this community saying that the article is biased, useless, etc.
people on this site just don't read past the title
Dammit, why don't they have these contests with the FPS game I play (Battlefield)
Sadly it probably won't receive RPG of the year either because of Skyrim
Wayy to early to tell. There are so many more amazing candidates for GOTY coming out: Infamous 2, Uncharted 3, and Skyrim just to name a few
*SPOILER ALERT*
am I the only one being bothered of the Earth invasion? I mean at the end of ME2, you defeat the reaper and ruin the collectors' plan. what's the point of going through all that if Earth is going to be invaded anyways? I mean, there is a sense that you wasted your time.
What's the point of a woman having a giant butt if you can't spank it? Doing so is doing a favour to God's fine craftsmanship :P
Damn, still supported after 8 years. Thats dedication for you
How would you know how the version looks like if you have nothing to compare it with. And yes I bought it too...
Oh well, fools will be fools.
Oh and you spelled 'spelt' wrong because that's not a word. Next time try to spell right before criticizing somebody else :)
Sadly it probably won't since not many people are aware of the game outside of N4G.
How do you know it is not a 9.5 game if you haven't played it? And ps3 version looks identical to 360 version. I played ps3 version and saw 360 version at my buddy's house.
I personally love the game, and i think ign's complaints are ridiculously stupid - like WTH is wrong with the art style, it looks perfectly fine to me. And just because the reviewer got his ass handed to him in Sp doesn't mean SP is unbalanced. Also, this game is one of the few fighting g...
Both
Who cares what some critic says? The important thing is that the majority of gamers consider video games to be art which should be enough to justify that games ARE in fact art. I mean, you don't have to look around much to find perfect examples. Look at Limbo, little big planet, shadow of the colossus, and flower. And this is just off the top of my mind.
Yes Roger Ebert is a famous critic, but it doesn't mean he can't be wrong.
The sprint feature makes perfect sense. I mean, your character can shoot, jump, climb, fight, but he can't sprint? As long as it has a realistic speed and length, sprinting adds to strategy and technique of gameplay
Agreed, very rarely do you see devs responding to fan concerns in less than a day of the released gameplay trailers. This is one of the qualities which makes me admire Naughty Dog for being one of the only developers who are actually willing to do whatever it takes to please fans and maintain a high quality level for their games (Thumbs up to Valve, Media Molecule, and Sucker Punch as well!).
Treyarch and Ubisoft have much to learn from this
Tell that to the tens of GOTY awards Uncharted 2 received.
You say you didn't enjoy it, but you got a platinum for it...
terrible list, the uncharted games are not there, nor is MGS.
95% of the time a game with amazing graphics will be a great game. Why? Because if the developers put so much effort into graphics, it means that they care about the game and won't let it go down the crapper.
I agree with the posters above, this game is definitely my most anticipated game of this year by a long shot. Oblivion was my first console RPG and was fun as hell, much better than Fallout 3 IMO.
Just because you disagree with the writer doesn't mean he missed 'the point'. Enlighten me on what is that point anyways?
