TOTALLY different market.
It's like comparing PS3 or 360 sales to the Apple iPhone.
The problem is most games are First Person SHooter/Third Person Shooter/Advanture.
Hack/Slash like Dark Souls would still be better on 360 controller as its 3D.
There are not many side-scrolling platforms.
Though saying this, there is absolutely nothing wrong with DS3 for these games either.
I think a lot of people who change from 360 controller to PS3, ended up holding the PS3 controller the same way they hold the 360 controller - which is wrong.
360 controller - you lightly grasp it
PS3/PS4 controller - you aren't meant to grasp it, you are meant to 'cradle' it with your pinky, ring and middle finger.

PC won't sell that great for obvious reasons
PS4/XBONE so early would probably sell but not as much as expected, due to the smaller install base compared to PS3/360.
They will make back the $$$$ EASILY with PS3/360 sales
They should wait a couple years before porting it to PS4/XBONE because:
1) They systems will have a larger install base
2) There would be more people willing to play GTA V ...
To be honest I wouldn't play it again if it came out on PS4/XBONE
You will be playing the same exact game again - the only difference would be the graphics.
Would still be the same gameplay,city,missions,story etc.
Maybe 2 years down the track, I could play it again.
I replayed GTA4 2 years after completing it the first time.
I think they should wait couple years before releasing GTA 5 for PS4/XBONE. Mayb...

It doesn't know what it wants to be - more like a jack of all trades.
Since the most important part of a gaming console is well gaming, I would rather be a 'master of one'.
Sony has the right idea.
People misintepret the 'dying' part. It's more 'becoming less appealing'
All the multi-platform games on PC can already be played on 360/PS3 and the upcoming XBONE/PS4.
PC Exclusives are not as appealing or great as console exclusives - lets all be honest here, most of them that were can now be played on consoles - The Witcher 2, Diablo 3.
So that only leaves Indies.

And that is the reason why I am not that excited about Killzone SF.
It seems to be just graphics.
KZ2 and KZ3 gameplay was average.
So I am looking at the possible gameplay quality of KZ:SF based on KZ2/3.

It means absolutely nothing at all.
Those who want a PS4, will still get a PS4.
Those who did not want a XBONE, still won't get an XBONE.
I do this now with my 360.
It really isn't that big of a deal.
Last time I tried - the 360 didn't suppot USB thumb drivers above 32GB - simply due to the fact that if it did, people wouldn't spend $$ on Microsofts propitiatory HD upgrades.
On the PS3, I coudld easily hook up a thumb driver or even external HD bigger then 32GB and backup.
Correct me if I am wrong about the 360.
Now it seems like Microsoft will be doing the same thing with XBONE.

I am getting both the PS4 and XBONE - that way I don't miss out on any game.
The problem is the PC has hardly any great games that can't already be played on consoles.
The 360 controller is actually the MAIN reason I got multiplatform gameson 360 instead of PS3, even though the PS3 was the much better console (same multiplatform games plus better exclusives)
Shows how important a controller is - not saying the DS3 was bad though.
Unfortunately that's the only 1-UP 360 had over PS3.

Both great games but TLOU for sure.
What an amazing experience.
I think I paused TLOU about 4 times because I was so overwhelmed at how great it was.
COD - I am very very very skeptical about this
BF4 - From the footage seen - it honestly looks like BF3 with better graphics and thats it.
Though I did feel BF3 took a step back on the majority of the BF3 maps. Many felt to COD'ish and small, perhaps to fit the PS3/360s 24-player count more which it did.
BF BC2 had better maps overall and I am hoping that BF4 features more bigger maps now then in BF3.
But overall BF4 game...

You do realise you will be playing the same exact game on PS4? The only difference would be the graphics.
Sure if it was a launch PS4 game, because you would want to buy games for the new system you just bought, thats just natural.
For a game like this, no way I would wait for a possible PS4 version, especially since you'd still be playing the same gam...
