Man as great as Bioshock Infinite and especially GTA V were, it has to be The Last Of Us for me, simply because of the experience.
It had awesome gameplay, the whole story and characters and how all the gameplay, immersive environments and story/characters come together to produce an absolutely incredible experience, then left me stunned when the credits rolled with ...

You are better off future proofing your system then buying that.
Don't expect that to cut it in the future.

Is that with MAXED OUT settings and MINIMUM 60fps?

Sure maybe Minecraft @ 4k.
Hell, you need a NVIDIA Titan to play at 4k, and I don't even think thats enough for 60fps+ with maxed out graphical settings.
And with games becoming more and more graphically intensive - you will require 2x Titans to game @ 4k 60fps+ with maxed out settings.
I really don't understand people who exploit things like the R2 replay thing

XBONE can't even do 1080p consistently and neither can PS4, without compromises or a downgrade to 900p and you want to talk about 4k? Are you kidding me?
You will need a high-end video card and CPU to even manage 4K as of right now.
Hell if you want 4k + 60+fps + maxed out graphics - high-end GPU or even SLI is needed and with future games being even more graphic heavy, expect to need more.

Not everyone respects games that are heavy on story and less focus on gameplay.
Not everyone realises that 'games' aren't just about gaemplay, but can be a medium to tell a great story
Thats why you guys should not take these review sites who give this game a low score seriously, because they are just clueless.
How can the Steambox be a console 'killer' when, just like the PC platform, really offers nothing in terms of core games that can't already be played on consoles?
If you want to appeal to the core market and make them buy something, you need to offer a TON of great games that can't already be played on the consoles.

It gave 'The Last Of Us' a 8.5? That game is a 10/10 easily and this a 9/10 - haven't played it yet, but expecting 9/10.

I'm sure Watch Dogs will be great, but I am sure Watch Dogs will be more of an 'open world' game rather then a sandbox game.
It will be more of an open-world with more focus on a certain aspect, rather then GTA V's sandbox aspect of 'do anything', so you are already headed in the wrong direction Ubisoft, on bringing Watch Dogs 'to GTA's turf'
As amazing as GTA V is, The Last Of Us still deserves the title for GOTY.

This game needs to be reviewed as what its trying to do.
Tell a story through a gaming medium.
Not a game where gameplay is the main focus and scoring it down for that.
Thats like reviewing the movie ALIEN and scoring it down because it didn't have enough comedy.
Absolutely cannot wait to experience this story when I get this game.
