Oh here we go again, just like after Scalebound was canceled and all of a sudden "it sucked and no one wanted it" now it's "I never wanted 4k anyways."
I don't know why you think it's going to be $399. The parts they are aiming for will still be more expensive than PS4Pro. It's still going to be a $499 console if they want to have more ram faster cpu and 6tf gpu.
Yea, well the PS4Pro has plenty of native 4k games but that doesn't stop people from using checkerboard as an excuse to downplay.
I don't know why people think this will keep costs down. it's still going to be a $499 console of they want to have 6tf nothing has changed.
Big surprise.... hype from Microsoft that falls flat on it's face when actual information is revealed.
Gamestop will buy them for about 100$ and you can always sell them on Ebay or Amazon. Those sites generally have the pay the most money for them and are best deals.
Unlike games from that other company who I guess since their name has micro in it feels like all their big games need to have micro-transactions.
Wow Septic you say a lot of stuff I disagree with but this one really takes the cake. The game looks fantastic on both systems, not only that it's a step up graphically from Dark Souls 3 imho and no one complained about how that looked.
I generally don't consider you a blatant troll just an Xbox booster but seriously are you just trolling or what?
Oh I hope not. I just want the game to sell enough in the west to justify them getting translated. The last thing I want is for the series to become popular here and have them start changing the games to appeal to western audiences.
Some things are better when they are niche.
That's not true, the only game in the series that had any major cuts was Yakuza 3. 4,5 and Dead Souls were virtually uncut. I think in 4 there was one Japanese history trivia mini game they removed but that was it.
"weak, cliched, endeavour full of tired concepts"
So lets make more Gears and Halo they haven't become weak cliched and full of tired concepts....
That's subjective at best, and I would argue untrue. When they showed the E3 trailer it looked great, in fact the only complaints I saw from the Microsoft crowd was they didn't like the character.
It's funny how only after it was canceled does everyone on the Microsoft side of things now say the game sucked and they weren't going to buy it. Yet it was constantly talked about as one of Microsoft big hitting exclusives literally up until the day it was cance...
Who says Microsoft owns the assets?
It hasn't been mentioned anywhere who owns them nor could you know what the contractual agreements were regarding the project. I mean you don't even know the basis for it's cancellation so it's impossible for me to believe you know anything about the contract under which development took place.
The tweet this article refers too is over a week old and there have already been a dozen articles about this.
Well it was hosted at *cough* Microsoft Arena.
So 8 of 11 are Halo, Gears and Forza...
Forgive me if I'm not impressed with that list.
It was the most awarded game last year both by gamer voting and big publications. So how do you figure this is out of touch?
Please explain.
Don't hold your breath.
My GOTY was Odin Sphere.
But of big commercial games Uncharted 4 was definitely the best game. Graphically, story, voice acting, gameplay all top notch.
Why would Microsoft sell them at a loss? They cancel games and close studios as soon as it seems like they might not be profitable. Selling things at a loss doesn't seem like something the Xbox division is likely to do.
The console will be $499 just like everyone estimated.
