The people who got burned were Microsoft. They paid money to show everyone how much stronger the Playstation ecosystem is than the XBone.
I guess it's true there are one or two other games, but no one buys them.
XBoners only buy Halo, Gears and Forza. That's why those are the only games on the console.

BTW its a FACT that XBone only has one retail exclusive between November 2016 and at least E3 2017 but maybe even till holiday 2017 since only one game has a release date. So have fun playing your one game... We'll be playing more than a dozen in that time frame on PS4.

My comment is about checker-board rendering which is what the article is about. The article states it's disappointing but since Microsoft is also using it it must be disappointing on their consoles as well.

Why are you defending this so hard. What he says in the review doesn't even matter because the point on the review wasn't to give an objective score. The goal was to have the low ball rating so it would show up on the front page of metacritic and get clicks.

Seriously none of the big names still work for the company anymore. It's just a dead corpse EA keeps keeps around for the name. Because the name Bioware is enough to get people interested. Every game since EA bought Bioware has become more and more generic mass appeal pop clone.
Shooters sell more than RPG's and cost less to make it was only a matter of time before EA pulled the plug on "Bioware" style games.
