No, they meant that based on GPU specs, the PS4 should have been able to reach 60 FPS (when compared to similar GPUs on PC) but for some reason it does not. This might be due to weak CPU and how the engine uses/requires CPU power.
CPU in PS4 is either way only marginaly more powerful than PS3s PPU and CELL (some say its actually weaker than CELL, I dont know for sure though)
So yeah, CPUs are pretty weak in both PS4 and XB1 which may limit them in many games...
Basicly every single big and easily recognizable game and couple of indies.
Though they missed Rime and No Mans Sky.
Yeah, BT2 and BT3 are probably my favourites too.
BT2 is great for the story aspect but I found the customization system to be confusing, AI's default combat was all based on guarding and blocking and I didnt like the music all too much. BT3 improved on everything except the story mode (would have been otherwise the best DBZ game easily)

I would have put DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3 to that list.
As far as I know it was the all time low (or atleast counting since the first Budokai) selling barely like 1 mil copies. I think that the later DBZ games sold again, better, even though some consider Budokai Tenkaichi 3 to be one of the best DBZ games out there.

Since these are digital they dont have any extra costs (like mailing) and buying from amazon.com would directly convert $ to € to get the real price of the game (and not 1$ = 1€ conversion), could I buy these US games from amazon.com and play them on my european PS3 ? PS3s arent region locked AFAIK but will the PS Store allow me to download these games ?
I cant see how 60$ is "too much" when some new-gen games are 70€ and up (which is 88$)
I would gladly pay like 50€ for games, that would be great thanks.

It doesnt use cry engine.
If I remember correctly it uses some heavily modified and derived version of the original cry engine but currently its basicly as good as a completely different engine.
And I would rather have Sunset overdrive than TLOU.
Insomniac games' games have always been a better fit for me all the way from their PS1 games. Jak and Daxter may have been a bit better IMO than R&C (well, atleast jak 3).
Uncharted had very nice story telling but I couldnt stand the gameplay so I didnt event want to try TLOU.
Some might not agree but I thought the water in BF1943 was very delightfull.

If you buy a shiny new GPU it doesnt mean that your resolution will automaticly increase. You will gain more performance which you can exchange for better graphics (not only for resolution, graphics hold much more than just the resolution).
Just because some last and current gen games have the same resolution, doesnt mean there arent any differences in graphics department.
Besides there has been console generations before where resolution didnt really change at ...

I play most of my games on PC in 900p because it gives me like 20-30 FPS boost over 1080p and is only a bit less sharp. On a TV (where consoles are usually connected) the resolution difference is even less noticeable. ...
