By your logic no game console is region locked just because you can bypass the lock somehow.
m just guessing but requiring some things twice may be because the app has to log you in via internet on the phone itself and connect to the PS4 itself.

80 people is barely enough if you compare that to other game dev teams but its true that small teams can work out some wonderful games. Bigger teams doesnt equal better games, its probably the opposite in terms of bugginess.
I believe the modern day standard is 150-200.
If I remember correctly DICE has 600 people under their name but have only 2-3 big teams.
Input lag in GTA V = rockstar fixes the issue in a couple of days.
Input lag in BF3 = DICE denies such accusations, then blames players a good year (its ur Tv/cables/controller durrr) and finaly admits theres something to mess up the controls for centrain people but after releasing a patch which fixed it (for most people who suffered from it) they also managed to somehow cause players, previously unaffected by IL, to have more.

Puppeteer team ? Im glad the people who developed Puppeteer got into a project like this instead of going bankrupt or getting disbanded (since the game didnt sell that well), they did a great job with the Puppeteer.

No way, mine lasts like 4-6 hours (with dimmed light) and its only 2 months old.
Kinda sad that I have to constantly charge my "new gen" controller when my 5 years old DS3 still lasts at least like 30-40 hours.

I can (kinda) agree with the statement, mostly because there hasnt really been any new games that have fired up my interests in quite some time (few years). Though I think it was still better than E3.

For some reason my first impressions were that this game was all about on-the-road racing but this looks like more free and fun.
Its a great game, many people criticized it for becoming more "westernized" (saying that for the lack of better words) by for example, making the music more "standard" when compared to the original tomba/tombi.
I dont agree with those complaints though, I feel that the game has much better ambiance, feeling and its just in general more refined thought out than the first one.
