Pretty sure master chief is the face of Xbox. Halo is synonymous with Xbox so that makes master chief the face.

4k is funny. When the tv market bottomed out Sony created 4k tv's to get sales going again. Problem is most folks who look at an actual 4k tv go "that's nice" and go about their business. Game looks and runs great only a handful of minor drops in fps at expected spots. Definitely gonna get this when it comes out.
Xbox put MS in the living rooms of over 80 million customers. It's a box that people see every day and associate with MS. It doesn't matter if MS loses money on it. They gain brand recognition. You gotta spend money to make money. Satya knows this and this is why he would never pull the plug on it.
