Sony too broke to buy crytek is what this headline should say. Despite the consoles success Sony is in no position to be buying anything. Hopefully after selling off the computer part and all their restructuring they will post a profit otherwise it's gonna be a slow death for Sony.
Bought it played it enjoyed it. That being said I would not waste money on a remastered version since the game isn't even a year old. Like the article says if you never played it fine but if you have it's not worth the money.
