Same here. Kinda destroy's a would have been good uniform theme. (unlike the White and Black VITAs).
Funny thing is that they're releasing a Gold one at least having the buttons and sticks within the color theme (Not digging the sparkly look though).

Fair enough. But there's still a chance for an audience regarding this device.
First off I'd like to point out pricing. This has no tag yet and that's one of the most important thing to note, if not already.
-5" 720p multi touch display (294 ppi)
-Tegra 4 (~5-6x faster than Tegra 3)
-Pure Android (no bloatware, timely updates)
-4K output
-Industry Standards: USB, miniHDMI, microSD
-Stand alone Android D...
At least those still aren't the final hardware.
I would just like to point out that they're also targeting those people who lug around controllers for their tablets like the Nexus 7.
This could be a decent enough alternative than that.
Yup. And it's really fun choosing upgrade paths for weapons and armors :D
I hope there's still that great replay value for this 3rd installment.
Can't wait! I really love blasting off necromorphs.
And I always find it fun looking for strategies on the web for dealing with necros on higher difficulties.
I am just hoping for a big end fight like the first one. I wasn't very satisfied with Dead Space 2's final boss battle.
Warning! Warning! NFSW with lolis:

Excuse me!
.. for Hentai.
Ehem :) :P
I am just very happy that I'm gonna experience something like Uncharted on the PC.
I know the Tomb Raider franchise came out first but the recent Uncharted games have beautiful set pieces and cinematics to differentiate itself from the Tomb Raider series.
I hope this new TR single player's really fun and cinematic.
When you bought Black Ops Declassified for $ 49.99 and defended it so hard with all your bubbles. :D
That barely helps anyone though.
Hasn't the 3DS doomsayers started to go extinct after the price drop and decent bundles?
Nintendo did nice overall by responding to the complaints and situation with a whopping $ 80.00 price drop. I admit it wasn't so sweet with the early adopters though.
Pretty much a silicon protector is needed in order to press those flushed buttons comfortably and quickly.
OLEDs burn in so the "10 minute inactivity then sleep" has its use.
While I'm quite interested on what the iPhone 6 would have (hardware and probably some new game that show some technical prowess), the successor to the Nexus 7 is something I'd be much more curious about.
One of the best tablet experience for the price (not to mention a decent car GPS).
Great option to the consumers that can't afford to chuck out $ 399.99 and up yet wants a decent media consumption device.
I just wish the in game artwork was a bit better...
Well, seems fun for 20 bucks brand new ;)
I really like this game and I'm not gonna continue playing it anytime soon. (12 hours gameplay)
I fear I won't be able to find a "replacement" game for this one anytime soon, after I finish it. T.T
While it's true that it will always play second fiddle to the mass market's eyes.
It ain't over till Sony officially drops support.
I give it credit where it's due.
Check my recent posts in GT concerning OLED quirks. (tinted screen/ vertical lines.. I'm on to my fourth VITA)
I'm very ambivalent towards the VITA.
And it's only pretty recent that I've grown to love trolling. :D
At the end of the day, I'm still confident the VITA'd have it's own success before its life cycle ends. ;)
Nice.. specially if your a rich hipster!
*troll face*
*goes back into cave/basement*
Here's what the vita NEEDS to stay relevant internationally.. and will unlikely get this 2013:
God of War (not port)
MGS (not port)
GTA
Skyrim/Fallout
Dragon Age
Dark/Demon Souls
Dead Space..
.. and it has to be GOOD translations (aka non castrated versions: e.g. UCGA) of those franchises to work. Resistance, CoD, AC has failed to live up to the hype.
And that's only to...
It's calling me to bite it.. mmmm.
