I wish 12gb would be the on board SYSTEM MEMORY of the ORBIS.
But more seriously, 12gb flash is way better than wussy 4gb on x360s. And plus the buyer would always have the option to buy any non-propriety HDD/SDD drive. so what's the big deal?
I believe inboard flash memory is going to be the standard in all PS Orbis's anyway. Flash memory is always faster for OS system boot-up & dloaded games would no longer have to wait for the HDD.
I agree, 2GB would be pretty good for THIS GENERATION, which is the 7th Gen, but Wii U is spear-heading the next generation/8th Gen.
RAM is so CHEAP nowadays. Com'on nintendo, 2gb is the BEST you could offer your console? The bare minimum for next-gen should been at least 4GB, and even worst than that, it's divided between OS, and gaming graphics. I installed 4.25 this morning. And the update installed successfully. But NOW I'm having problems log-in into HOME, I even deleted it and reinstalled it. Still, can't log-in. Anybody else hear having these probs?

A PS3 16gb flash drive with no HDD slot would be hardware suicide. The x360's 4gb gives owners the option for a HDD upgrade. Why would people even consider thinking that sony would be STUPID to release such a console?
The premium model should be 320gb not 250, and the 500gb should only be for bundle deals with added hardware accessories like extra controllers, WF headset or whatever and or a free game or such.
