I wonder where and how they are beta testing the next–gen verisons multiplayer on servers since they're no next–gen consoles spread out around to test the servers stability on?
What I don't understand is WHY do you still need the PS3 BF4 disc to actually play the digi version. I get how everything else works. And besides that, What about how to get a entitlement voucher for all those prefer the HARD copy version of BF4?

I think Drive Club, Forza 5, GT6 and Need for Speed: Rivals should feel threatened by Ubisoft's "The Crew" game. Now what going down in that open world racer seems more truly next-gen than anything these other racers has to offer.
So, In this game , you compete against GHOST IMAGE of drivers so you don't always need to compete directly in multi-player, eh? Kinda reminds me of the same type of autolog system used in the recent SSX game.

Damn, Though I would never want this game's texture fidelity, color depth, lens flare tech and frame rates visuals to ever be sacrificed just for running in higher rez, I have to admit, this is kinda disappointing since current gen consoles are already using this 720p upscaling method rather than native 1080p. Blame it on the era of the smartphone and tablet. These handset are multi purpose, have decent gpu's, internet fuctionality with upto 4g speeds. Its not sony's fault, it's just bad timing. A expensive dedicated gaming hand portable running outdated 3g speeds is no longer even relevant this day and age, not when apple app store and android playstore can more than fill those rolls. I'm not hating, I'm a sony supporter too, I'm just seeing the writing on the wall.
Im getting this game due its great art style and throwback to side scroll action of Golden Axe and Guardian heroes. And also im getting this because i pasted up Odin Spear and Maramusa. This game has Way more dept than it appears. The over sexed amazon and boobed sorcerer is just extra frosting to me.

And the answer is simply YES.

Sony is best & owns the HARDWARE front, Microsoft has the best experience & controls the SOFTWARE front. Their the perfect competing polar opposites companies that actually need each others *specialties to succeed and win over the masses. Especially since both consoles being allot more than just gaming devices.
People will decide which console is best with their wallets, word of mouth & the internet.
