WOW, November 17th 2007. Blu-Ray has outsold HD-DUD every single week this year?? How can this be, I keep reading about how HD-DUD is kicking ass?
What is funny though is the 2:1 HDUD loses by in NA is as close as they get. Go worldwide and they are murdered 4,5,6-8:1. If it wasn't for M$ and Paramount this would have been over months ago.
Haven't seen layer cake yet. I'll put that in my netfix queue and check it out.
I got black hawk down and talladega from the sony side. It's a matter of opinion but I think those are good movies
And it's only going to get worse for the other side from here on out.

No that was for one week on disney's old movies.like 2 or 3 weeks ago. It was the same week transformers came out.

LOL like fox is going to jump ship now, to the side the pirates want them on... Correct me if I'm wrong also but I thought the whole point of BD+ was that it can easily be changed. To keep the pirates frustrated that every movie could use different protection schemes.
According to one of the mods over at bluray.com this is only for the spider man 3 standalone disc and the number will be around 200,000 if you include the trilogy sales.
Actually those don't count, only discs that are scanned count. If you took the time to read the article you would have saw this.

Is it made in China? If it is I could see it. You can make sh1t cheap in China but you'll end up with lead in the paint and p1ss poor workmanship.
HS was AAA. The best 7-8 hours you can spend on a game so far. I've never been so into a storyline of a game before. GO GOLOM!! LOL
Of course, all EA ever does is update rosters and find a way to show another line on the field pre-snap. Why should they spend money making the game better, not like they have any competition.
HD FUD, lol win a week. Then they can act like 98 means something. 98 for the player, and they have lost EVERY SINGLE WEEK in 2007 on all continents. NA is the closest they have and still lose 2:1. This 98 thing is nothing more then Toshiba trying to recoup as much as they can before the ship sinks.
I'd be shocked if we don't see a 299.99 player soon. With maybe a 199.99 to follow as a limited time thing. What's funny is HD-DVD got 3 movies per player sold counted as sales, Hero's free with 2 free from the stock.(For those who don't know a sale is when a disc is slid across the scanner) They got Hero's and 300 up on the top of the list(not paid for but scanned) and still lost the weekly sales to Blu-Ray. To clarify that Spidey 3 deal won't count as sales cause the disc is inside the box ...
They will have to find a way to go 0-17, cause my rams are gonna be 0-16. Last winnable game for us was today against the browns.
The fact studios want this over ASAP. Except Paramount for some reason(MS 150mil)? They know MANY a consumer are waiting for one format to come out as the only choice. MS bought HD-DVD 18 months of life just to spite sony, but still blu outsells hd over and over again. Don't get me wrong as I can see MS's view, if blu becomes the standard, that just makes the PS3 that much better. Of course they don't want blu to take over, they can't stop it but they can delay it(and they did).
Man I just hope they don't screw the next Bulders Gate. I have loved that game from the 1st one, 2nd was great but not as good as 1. EA let them make the game with NO DEADLINE. Let them get it right BEFORE it ships, I know it makes no sense to finish a game before you release it. But trust them, OK?
Is it just me or what? But I got a PS3 after the last price drop and I have never put a PS2 disk in it. I guess after getting the PS3 and resistance, I had no desire of playing PS2 games any longer. So I ask is it just me?
The one thing that sucks about HS is you can't replay the scenes from pergatory. I loved the one where she told the "dieadie" without me you will die along side me, no one will even know who you are.
Lets not forget to thank the blu head honchos. They coulda done like the 'others' and spent the promo money on bribes. But they gave us BOGO sales instead, bravo blu guys.
