You can still purchase every single Game Pass game regardless of if it's on the service. If a PS3 game leaves PS Now it's gone for good, do you understand the difference?

Big difference between PS Now games leaving that are only available for streaming and games you can purchase even if they leave the service. Every game on Game Pass you can purchase without a subscription unlike PS Now.

It's going to suck if these PSP and PS2 games they are referencing are the few already released on PS4 store which were included with PS Now.

It would have been nice if they supported it on HDMI 2.0 devices that have VRR, probably would have impacted more people.

Well a year ago I was hunting a Xbox on a day Walmart was having limited orders and sat in the Xbox queue for 30 minutes and they ran out before I got to the front of the queue. Then I saw they were doing the same thing for PS5 so I joined that queue and ended up getting to place an order. I still have not ordered a Xbox because I don't see a point in having both unless Xbox gets an exclusive I like but so far none I'm interested in.

I suspect this may be what keeps me from making the purchase at launch.

I felt it was a let down back in the day after playing the first two.

I don't remember which of these two games it was but it seemed more like a tech demo compared to what the Skate series usually has content wise. I see the skate series having wider audience potential.

I would prefer they release a Nintendo priced subscription ($20) with no free games. That would get me to resubscribe but until that or one of these cd key websites has a deal for $30 or less (they did last year) I'm going stay unsubbed this time.

Honestly I know people hated them at the time but the $10 online passes that used to come with ea games (free if you bought the game new) back during the PS3 generation, I would actually prefer paying that for individual games...

I've tried fps games on PS Now and there is just too much latency to enjoy but I did beat the first Uncharted game years ago through the service.

Personally I didn't play any sony exclusives except Twisted Metal during the PS2 era but on PS1 I loved MediEvil, Ape Escape, and The Legend of Dragoon and on PS3 I played inFamous, Uncharted, LittleBigPlanet, Killzone, Motorstorm and only one of those PS3 games are on PS4. But if we are not talking exclusives PS2 had some of my favorite games.

Still plenty of PS3 games that have not been ported or remastered, I'd love to see them come to PS5. I'd even pay $70 for access to the emulator.

Same but this adapter is great for original xbox and 360 since you cant buy new controllers anymore for those consoles. I bought a series x controller on sale and have only used it on those two consoles since I don't have a Series X. I even tried it with my PS4 and PS5 controllers and that worked too.

If it could run Windows I wouldn't mind picking it up again but I ended up returning mine after realizing how terrible many digital game prices are and I'm not paying for a subscription. I did have some fun playing PS2 and GameCube games on it, though not all of them ran great. I also tested the Freesync feature of my gaming monitor with it which worked fine.

My only digital games are the ones Sony gave us for free after their servers were hacked (Infamous and LittleBigPlanet is what I picked), about 10 PS1 and 1 PS2 game which so happens to be The SpongeBob game Sony removed from the store shortly after release but it still lets me download because I bought it I guess.

I don't actually want to jailbreak my PS3 because I like being able to connect to PSN. I use it to play a few games that still have online and occasionally download something from my download list.

Other than resolution and fps bump this gen has been a very small jump over last. I don't see why PS4 can't keep getting downgraded ports. Unless your game is Cyberpunk.

It's not after you understand how it's held on but it sure was nerve-racking the first time I tried taking the shell off my PS5.

I purchased to use Xbox Series X controllers on my Xbox 360 but they released a update to support even the original Xbox (requires a separate cable) and that's what I've used it on the most.
