Sounds like you are making excuses for other platforms while acting like PS4 is the only one with stuff missing. Of course it is missing some things people are asking for, every platform is. At least Sony offers more of what people want from a gaming console and again that is games as well as feature people are asking for.

They are supporting one of the biggest revolutions in gaming right now while MS and Nintendo sit idly by and that is VR gaming. They are putting tons of resources and money into it. Not to mention the fact that they currently have hundreds of more games released and dozens more announced than the competition.

Sony's focus has always been games and that is why the PS4 has over more than 200 games than Xbox One currently - both AAA and indie. They also have well over a dozen games announced. While MS might have more updates a lot of those are just fixes to their disastrous UI. While improving it they ruined a lot of things at the same time.
Sony has done plenty of updates as well and has most of the basic media features everyone uses as well as background music - which the Xbox ...

MS doesn't make twitter posts when "15 people have problems signing in". The denial and damage control is real.
They said people weren't able to sign on which means it is down because if you can't sign on you can't do anything online... I'd take MS's word over some randoms on the internet.
