was kinda wierd, i was thinking at the begging.."how could this make me feel anything but board?", then about 2 thirds of the way through i understood what was going on, then by the end it has you thinking not of the game butlife in general.
I have to WOW. Not many games can do that, no matter how much money they spend. Its good to see some developers care, and even try.
choose the difficulty level at the beggining of far cry 2. If you have it set to the most difficult setting, it auto saves when a character dies, and limits how old of a save you can reload.
when Microsoft does bring out a new machine, i bet it has a combo -player hd-dvd/blue ray and that its games will be on HD dvd not blue ray. The only reason to put Blue ray in for Microsoft is to add value for the consumer, but they don't need to support it with games.

Just have Sharp or Panasonic, or Sony for that matter release a stripped down blue ray player that only does 1080i and price is at $179.00 or so, just put the nail in the coffin already. The ONLY thing HD DVD has going for it is the price. Take that away and they have nothing. They are holding on by a thread...it really won't take alot at this point to end it, and if they have to subsidize the "cheap" player to do it, and it ends this thing 6 months earlier, they will make more ...

The Zune can be compared to Halo, not the best, but the best there was... it is now popularized because it is "HALO". The same can be said if the IPOD it was the best. Now there are good altenatives, no one has stated these "alternatives" are better, only just as good.

Actually thats two words and a number, but i thought it was kinda similar although the plot was different the treasure was the same and the heros are unlikly, which is kind of the same idea.
nor do i think this games needs a demo.
Demo's are to help hype a game, but with a game tha is this anticipated and has so much hype already i think a demo can only hurt it.
Just think, if there was a demo for Halo 3, do you think it would have sold more copies...or less. I have a few friends that would not have bought it.
I will still download and play the demo cause i am a sane person, but i don'k think this game NEEDS a demo.
