I did too, I skipped article but now I will skip article.
As far as the title, I preferred ms exclusives to ps and get my multiplats on my 4kpc otherwise the ps4 is the deal of the century for most...
That link doesn't like my note4, not really mobile friendly I suppose.
I buy every hardware but was shocked when ms had more games I was interested in even though I wanted to punish ms for releasing a console not as strong as the ps.
All of my multiplats go to my 4kpc...
There can be lots of definitions of hardcore gamer just like hardcore anything.
Take excercing/sports, occupation, musicians or partying there are many degrees, and almost anyone can spot someone a step above...or below.
The guys who supported the industry the last 30 years have grown up and had kids and are 40 now, just not virgins.
Well also some gamers were mad with segas decision to release several consoles in a short time, that made people skittish to buy the DC.
They cried wolf too many times, and when they finally released the wolf no one listened since their credibility has dropped.
I remember seeing it for the first time playing a loop of nfl2k and the 3d models were so cutting edge "it looked like a real NFL game" the lineman came to line at bent over at DIFFERENT TIME...
I've tested my friends in radomized double-blind experiments and no one can tell when a FEW gfx settings are turned down.
In both 1080p and 4k, frame rate proves to be the most important quality.
Full eye candy is a waste of resources that would be better utilized on the frame rate.
I've been gaming at 4k since early 2013 at 30hz at first, then got a 60hz last year. 3840x2160 is fantastic.
To get the needed horsepower from my titan I have spent untold hours comparing and adjusting many settings and I have concluded that the majority of settings can be turned down without noticing.
I've done this at different resolutions and frame rates and I've tested friends in radomized double blinded tests. My results are 4k at either 30...
I want them to drop so when I get a wiiu in a couple years I can get the games crazy cheap lime I can now for the wii.
I have such a backlog of wii games it could take me 2 years before I pick up a wwiu.
As much as I thought both looked crisp with great gameplay, especially the music, I was expecting better gfx from resogun.
I haven't checked it out on ps3 but I bet there is not much difference, and the ps4 should be 5 times better.
I still use it and love the move. I've had 4kpc since 2013 and still play ps360.
Two wrongs don't make a right. Either one could help us out by not charging. Especially since they are making money give the consumer a break.
The "so what" is at the expense of us paying. Pro consumerism idea of charge us less since the millions are rolling in.
And it's not that anybody really wants it to fail, it's just realists trying to tell the truth about the state of the tech.
There are hacksfohire, NK just had to pay.
Like we poked and prodded the countries of Europe while they begged us to become involved in 2 separate wars, far from our home?
Or poked and prodded the Soviets in East Germany, the list goes on and on.
I'll never understand why we insist on helping others as well...
I get 20% with best buy gamers club plus any points I have accrued. All my new games are 47.99.
Good thing about being on steam I don't need the disc any longer, so I can go to any of my cpus and download without having the disc at the lake house, etc.
I had 4k at 30hz back in early 2013 with a titan and seiki 30hz 4k tv.
Last year i tried a samsung, lg, Sony 60hz 4k and settled for a vizio 4k60hz for $700. So your wrong 4k60 has been here for a awhile.
You're uninformed and never tried 4k so how could you "prefer" your 4k at high settings, you can't compare any of it without owning it and doing a proper review.
A lot of games are fine at 30hz and most are fine at 60hz wit...
you commented on 4k and you have never played 4k that is meaningless... so no low textures does not make it meaningess.
Take any game new or old and compare 720, 1080, and 3840x2160 and you will understand resolution improves everything.
30 inch tv versus a 60 inch tv is the same debate.
No one with a 60 goes to the 30 inch tv.
That is THE problem, too many games that can not be supported.
Backlog of 1000 years...
Why should I buy a $60 game, by the time I get to it will be 14.99.
Gaming at 4k pc in early 2013, and 1080p60hz in 2010 on multiplats I moved on from last gen years ago and this gen does NOT impress.
A couple specific exclusives on consoles will always cause me to own both though.
