I've tried RTS on consoles, but I couldn't get into them. I never finished Halo Wars, and I'm a huge Halo fan.

Lost Odyssey sticks to the traditions of random battles, and turn-based combat, but it is still an amazing epic JRPG. It's equal to or better than any FF game. It's certainly better than FFXIII.
