I was in the Navy where professionalism is the norm. It's real simple, and it has nothing to do with being mean or nice.
Never say, "Thank you.", or "I'm sorry." It's just "Yes Sir" or "No Sir".
If you say something out of turn, say, "As I was" and all is forgotten.
This should be taught in the regular world, but unfortunately, most people don't know this. They then think that ...
The 360 HDD is the only add-on to succeed. But, it was a part of the 360 launch. Even so, the developers do not support it completely.
It is too late for any add-on to penetrate the market enough to be considered standard.
The only hope is to make a casual bundle with a new name. Treat it like a new console. Casuals won't know that it's an Xbox 360 with an add-on.
The author is absolutely right that Japan knows how to depict women. If you like flat-chested, hairy, muscular women, play a western game.
The 360 controller is a great step in the evolution of controller design. The original Xbox controller was heavily criticized for being too big. This hurt sales. So, controller design is a factor in purchasing a console.
My point is two-fold. First, that Sony fanboys are putting the brand name before common sense. Second, that this delusional behaviour is making it impossible for everyone else to share an honest opinion.
Montrealien was absolutely right to suggest that the article is utter foolishness. The Sony fanboys then vote his simple and harmless opinion as "Trolling".
Sony fanboys are full of Barbara Streisand.
The reviewers gave LO lower scores than FFXIII. But, LO is far better.
The reason Sony can use the Wii as a barometer is that the Move is an advanced Wiimote. They are fundamentally the same.
SKCShifty has expressed his opinion against Sony. Can you lose your last bubble?
The novelty of a handheld wand has worn off.
I'm calling it now.
I've given up trying to ignore their delusional console worship. I'm with you SKCShifty. They've taken over N4G.
Framerate and resolution are fundamental requirements of the eye.
An extreme example is when I played PSO on Dreamcast. I used a VGA monitor which doubled the resolution. Other players would complain about eye fatigue since they were playing on blurry TVs.
Also, it is known that the eye can't detect a frequenzy of 72hz or higher.
So the higher the resolution and the higher the frame rate, the better.
I'm getting tired of the delusional hypocrisy of Sony fanboys.
Perhaps he should take a pic of him pulling his shoulders back. The eyes would be closer, then.
Square Enix is not capable of making something new. 360 owners don't want the same old stuff from 20 years ago. But PS3 owners love old stuff, just like Nintendo fans.
Point at the feet on the ground or a nearby wall if it is against an individual, or you'll be teabagged.
Sony fans, like Nintendo fans, are keeping the industry from innovation. They put nostalgia above everything else. They will buy garbage if it's made by "their favorite devloper".
The FF sales are an indication of this. 900,000 units of garbage sold on PS3 to 400,000 units of garbage sold on 360. If FF was exclusive to PS3, it would have sold 1.3 million units.
Two eyes for the price of one.
In games like Mass Effect, Oblivion, or Fallout, the world is already huge. I would rather have something to enhance that world, then to have another small piece added on.
In Bioshock 2, it would be nice if you could retain all of your weapons/plasmids, including the Big Sister plasmid. By retaining the Big Sister plasmid, the story changes a little? Or, in Mass Effect 2, add more quests or dialogue. Maybe you meet Liara at Omega and she's making a deal with Aria.
