why are you getting disagrees? Crytek owns the Crysis IP, Insomniac owns the Fuse IP, it's just the deal with the EA Partners Program
however we don't know the contractual agreements of being a part of the Program. never (for as long as I can remember) has there been an Partners exclusive game. hell, even the original Crysis found its way to PSN & Live.

I recall Sony saying Final Fantasy XIV won't be behind PS+ (okay I checked and they haven't confirmed)

it's an okay launch line-up but lucky for me PS4 isn't coming to my country til next year so inFamous Second Son & Destiny will be out by then :) and even better, Battlefield 4 will be fully patched/nerfed
