"bu-bu-bu-but... 'Merica! we're the biggest market in the world!"
Microsoft's 2013 shenanigans are still fresh in my memory. maybe, because had Microsof got their way they definitely would've killed gaming for me, and hundreds of thousands more gamers all over the world who live in countries with poor internet infrastructure.
Xbox One felt like a personal attack and that's why it would take a monumental effort on Microsoft's part to undo the hurt. and to be completely fair they haven't changed since last year, all they...
that's kinda true, MGS4 did a lot for the success of PS3 when it was looking pretty bleak for Sony but after that, Sony never let up. it was just quality exclusive after quality exclusive; new IPs, old IPs, Western & Japanese games, PS+ came along... they killed it. after that one game Nintendo need many, MANY more quality games after that.
Sony had the framework to dig themselves out of that situation i.e. a large and wide pool of talented studios. Nintendo don't...
I want a release date so I can finally start making plans to buy a PS4.
@FasterThanFTL
I gave you an "agree" for honesty. at least you're straight-forward about it
@mcharsehat
you shouldn't be buying things based on the opinions & recommendations of FANBOYS
with that said it's still too early for large differences in graphics and performance between PS4 & Xbox One (in multiplats). that will come in a few years, even though the difference between the two right now is larger than it has been in previous generations I think
lol talk for yourself! I've been gaming since I was about 8, I'm 20 now and have never owned a single Nintendo home console, ever! PS1, PS2, PS3 and PSP have all served me incredibly well, never once did I feel like I was missing out on anything.
how was GTA V on your PC and Wii U?
or how was that Super Mario #1793? totally new experience *rolls eyes*
zzzzzzz
thank goodness I didn't give your site a click because it sounds like you wrote a bit of a troll article.
this article is so overboard, even accusing Japan of having some "serious issues with homophobia" lol really? idk just think that yall need to chill. the strange thing is that straight people somehow feel offended as well?
if only people could show this much outrage when games are shipped broken, unfinished; we wouldn't be having issues like Battlefield 4
you need to get yourself checked out my man...
WTF Nintendo didn't say no to gay marriage! wow people need to calm their tits stop over-analyising and misinterpreting a small decision by Nintendo :/
pretty sure they have openly gay employees -.-
just because people don't buy multiplatform games on Nintendo consoles today, doesn't mean you can't change that perception tomorrow.
@wonderfulmonkeyman
none of your arguments make even the remotest sense.
PS4 & Xbox One will surpass Wii U in all sales categories sooner rather than later, and the Wii U will never catch up. it's beyond the point of revival.
you can defend it all you want but it is a failure man, deal with it...
with that said, PS4 being lead platform + being the definitve version probably isn't too far away from the truth...
you guys are talking afterthoughts; destructable environments, map size, player count, "batmobiles"...
I'm talking pure gameplay mechanics. that should be priority #1 in the Advanced Warfighter development studio as we haven't had much change in the last 7 years.
trust me, you give the masses curren-gen features like 18-man combat in normal sized maps and upgraded graphics, but with completely new, fresh & addictive gameplay, people wil...
the only two categories that exist in gaming are hardware & software. pretty sure "a controller" is not considered software....
apart from the graphics, there's nothing really that can't be done on current-gen that will be done on next-gen.
Call of Duty is 100% all about the gameplay, so Advanced Warfare being on current-gen should not be one of the immediate concerns for the game.
we want a fresh, exciting, long-lasting MP, that's all we want.
has any game looked better than Crysis?
@spikes
some companies DO ACTUALLY LISTEN to their fans, FACT. all companies crave what's inside your wallet but that doesn't mean they have to be total assholes in the way they try and get it. Valve and Sony have proved in recent times that listening to the fans will eventually lead to money raining in. you give us what we want, we'll give you what you want.
why do you think Microsoft has had the sudden change in heart, coming out with the "...
