Maybe they're just busy playing some ratchet and clank ACiT, UC2, infamous, and demon's souls.
Same as you.. I wasn't lucky enough to have a playstation as a child, now playing some of the classics and IX looked much more appealing so I completed that first, great story.
Oh, and get this I played crisis core and dirge of cerberus without completing VII :-(
Is this game, no sign of it now??

Nothing about it on widescreen games web site.
I remember playing IX not too long ago which was on 3 or 4 discs. Anyways, it seemed that all discs had the world map available to them, and only the scripted events, story, and FMV were unique to each disc, I guess there were some towns that closed up that you could not repeat a visit to, but not many.
I wouldn't blame it on the xbox, it's just the route the dev's went with. They could have done something to what was done with the PS1 games.
About uncharted, I'm surprised this wasn't mentioned a LOT more as I felt like I was on rails the whole time. Sure there wasn't a dull moment because you were directed into each event, but my game experience was probably no different than the next guys'.
I really enjoyed the side quests in XII, let's hope there is more of that here.
You could always play Tetra Master (the card game from IX) for free online if you have a copy of FFXI
This is generally my idea, but when it comes down to it the games are what matter. PS3 exclusives are paralleled by none, but the multi plats that this generation has done a lot of had a real tough start for sony. The business is ever changing, and the fact that MS was able to move and take a head start proves there is room enough for competition.
Honestly up until this year all I could say to feel at ease with my PS3 investment was that it had blu-ray playability. Games just wer...
I'm sure you're a better engineer than those at Sony. I know you're doing great and important work in your time for your company, but your shared knowledge would greatly help out a large community of gamers if you were to write to sony engineers with your astounding future proof ideas.
Those services aren't loaded into memory at all times, only when you load them.
I have been doing a bit of the same mixed in with current gen games. With so much new good stuff coming out it's difficult to decide and go back to the old stuff. The PS1 games don't get center stage so much on the big screens, but do well on the PSP.
I actually really enjoyed the artistic stile to this game, the comic book speech, and dark themes.
Must. See. This. In. Motion! Looks incredible.
More death, murder, and fire than I've ever seen in a Sims game.
My wife enjoys co-op games as well. RE5 was great fun together. There aren't enough co-op story games though.
I played FF XII all on my 42", but with my PS3 with the upscaling. It takes out some of the jaggies which is a great way to play. The game makes great use of surround sound, too.
If your ps3 doesn't have backwards compatibility definitely use component video cables with the PS2, any input over composite to your HD tv will look bad.
A lot of us are 60gig owners, what are you scared about?
I laughed, thanks
With my wallet what's important to me. If for some reason there is a shortage of great new games coming out I'll pick something off of my huge stack of games on my "haven't played" list. There's tons of great new games coming out, but lately I'm finding myself finishing up the games on my list. If some things on my xmas list show up under the tree they'll be put on the back burners again though.
And yeah, I'm burned out on FPS since I got my fill of them on my PC 10+ ye...
HAHA
I just went back and played through Going Commando waiting for ACiT under the xmas tree. That game was fantastic, much longer game play than tools of destruction. The lvls are all so well thought out, the planets each have their own distinct theme, same can be said for the weapons. Great music too.
These games are for all ages.
Correct, too many good games out there to dwell on one for too long. If you think otherwise then you probably aren't considering many good games you passed up from previous gens.
