Donkey Kong 64 was a great game at the time, but honestly I enjoy the PS1 far more. I still play the PS1 to this day (I had to replace the optic drive because it got warn out). I have a SNES as well, but some of carts don't play right :-(

I think it was called Mr Wizard. I wonder if in the next episode Johnny Lee will put the Wii remote into liquid nitrogen and break it into a million pieces with just a wooden hammer, woohoo.

Exactly dude, it's funny I was saying the same thing before I saw your post regarding online social networks being the same as HOME. Social networking on a game console can be left to the casual Mii's for all I care.

Keep the virtual fireman # on quick dial on your HOME cell (Sony Ericson name brand of course) I may just come and cast a lvl 5 fireball on your appartment. What do you mean RPG'ish. I love RPGs, you're talking about liking the Sims, a simulated living experience where you do things in game that you can and should be doing in real life. RPGs include a fantastic story where you can be a different class of person, in a different world, with powers further reaching the ability to pick out furnat...

The Sims have been to consoles for quite a while now. To me this looks like the Sims + online..... like Sims 2.
I just want more shooters, driving games, and rpgs

Folk Lore uses it for captureing the Ids, which is alright. If it used button mashing instead I probably wouldn't care. It's okay, but it doesn't make a game better.
It was pretty well used in Drakes Fortune where you had to balance while walking accross logs.
I imagine the new MGS will find really interesting uses.
But ps3 and 360 don't need it, imho.

I think the comment was funny, and we know it's a joke. I agree, though back when I first saw the demonstration of this game so long ago I've been really wanting it, more than I've wanted LittleBigPlanet.
I had a lot of fun with the game Black & White, this seems similar in a way, but way better.
I can't wait.

I can't see this coming out in the theaters, I think it's going directly to VHS.

I picked up a HDMI cable over at monoprice.com real cheap, like $12. I don't know why best buy/CC asks so much for insulated wire with a couple ends on it. Cables are a no issue deal when considering online prices.

US dollar is weaker, so actually costs here should be less than a couple years ago.

Actually, your beaches are cleaner, and the water is more comfortably warm. I would prefer your beaches any day.

As you get closer to that 100% of completion it's like a sliding scale of less valuable content. Some game offer very little added valuable content past say 60% completion, it's just not worth your time because there are many other games that you haven't played yet worth your time playing in that 40% of grinding.
I just beat FF7 Crisis Core tonight on the PSP, what a wonderful game! I only did 40% of the side missions, and I didn't get a couple DMW reel summons, which would have been v...

The lack of color saturation/lower constrast is how it is on the PS2, I think it helps out with the water color artistic feel. The super color saturation on the Wii makes it look similar other cell shaded games. I think it looks good either way, although it does look nicer in the canvas screen to have the colors like this.
I would say the color change has little to do with the different consoles and more to do with gearing this towards the Wii audience.

I'm loving Final Fantasy Crisis Core right now. Nice break from turn based RPGs, perfect type for the hand held.

I agree with you about the hype associated with HOME. I don't think it delievers more gaming content that we are lacking at the moment. I don't regularly hook up with others online to play games, I guess the game lobbies are fine enough by me to hook up with any random group that is prepared to game at the same moment as I am. I can't stand waiting around to form a party of known people, the main reason why I don't play WoW.
I do enjoy playing Motorstorm online a lot more than playing ...

Yeah, there are lots of parts very similar to locoroco, specially between battles.

I like the song, it gets better near the end. I'm learning japanese, and importing this.

I agree, I bought my system for gaming, not primarily as a video player. I bet when Home comes out we will see the features we are looking foward to, I just don't get the delay in releasing Home. Are they really that short in developers that can assist with PS3 projects? Shoot man, I'd quit my dev job just to help them out if I thought it'd mean better things for gamers.

I'm used to when a menu pops up ontop of another menu pressing O to dismiss the top level menu. I donno, maybe I play more games with my PS3 than browse the web with it and that's why it's not natural to press L1 to get rid of the description/download page.
