It reminded me sooo much of Uncharted 2 when Cole got caught in the heli chase. That's such a Naughty Dog thing to do. They've done it in the Crash Bandicoot and Uncharted series. I'm not sure about Jak, though.
If they considered it a failure, I think they would've given up by now.

I'm not a fan of the PSP ads but it's apparently somewhat working. The PSP made it into the Top 100 on Amazon all of a sudden.

It was in the top 10 easily until after E3. You know, E3 isn't as widely known or as popular as you may think. Not many people know about it. And besides, the PSP didn't get any big news at E3 other than it'...
I think we can safely say heavy marketing isn't one. I seriously saw an ad for it on the internet and on TV almost every single day.
The one about ?uestlove and the other one about the ex-girlfriend were on aaaaaall the time.
I think the "Cool" thing is a Microsoft problem. They have never been the look of cool and the rise of their arch-nemesis Apple didn't help at all, either. Apparently Apple's so cool now, that they surpassed MS ...
I have yet to pick Heavy Rain up but I'm glad it did great in sales without me!

GT5 woulda been number one on my list. And it's too bad Uncharted 3, Resistance 3, Agent, FFVXIII and The Last Guardian weren't at E3 or else they woulda had potential to be in there... especial TLG and Uncharted 3.

Hmm... I might be completely sold on it now. There are a substantial amount of Move games I've already said I wanted to try. If it actually works as well as I've heard it works, it might just be a buy from me. ESPECIALLY if they port Epic Mickey, because I was thinking about getting a Wii for that, too.
And to think I was only gonna get Move for my parents... ...
It's not that they don't know the 360 market. It's that they're willing to dump loads of cash on a market that may or may not be interested. It's somewhat remeniscent of what they did with the original Xbox.

Said it before and I'll say it again.
The ONLY game I need to work perfectly is Resident Evil 5. If that controls great, I'm getting Move (although I wouldn't get it if it's the only game I'm interested in).
The other games are just sweet icing to me. I really want to try Sorcery and definitely want to see how Ape Escape works. Just thinking about seeing that game again brings back some great memories.

Every year we go through this and no one is really crowned anything. What is with this generation? It's like consoles and hardware gets MUCH more attention than the games themselves. You never hear about which game will win Fall 2010. The only spot that games get nowadays is GOTY...
When it comes to all the platforms I own, only the ones that still work by the end of these "battles" will win because they survived....
I'm hoping to get it, too. I'm going all out with this one! I might have to wait on the G27 until I can get the money for it, but there's no way I'm missing out on the CE of GT5. If any version gets sold out, I'd imagine it's this one.

Why would they release a handheld gaming system when one side of the spectrum is lead by the DS, the other side of the spectrum is held by iPhones and iTouches and the medium (and hacking haven) is held together by PSP?
