I refuse to click on the link. Why do people like watching how to complete a game before they even have the game thus running any plot twists or surprises?

I love the idea of a survival game with no fighting. Getting well bored of all other games requiring guns or swords!
I don't think they can sell hardware anymore. The name Nintendo is now synonymous with kids games and I think gaming has become to mainstream (see GTA5 sales) for that to sell. The original Wii sold because it offered the family something new. I don't see that happening again. If they try to be adult and match the PS4 + XB1 it won't sell as who would move to Nintendo? They need to move to software only, as I've said elsewhere.They could make a mint as a software house on PS a...
Wii was an anomaly in terms of bringing something brand new and family friendly to the table. I can't see that happening again as it would need VR and I can't see Nintendo going down that route as it wouldn't suit their style of game.
With so many gamers now being in their late 20, 30 and 40s, to really sell you have to hit two or three generations with possibilities. I don't think that Nintendo has enough grown up games to keep selling hardware.
I'm new to Playstation with my PS4 but the videos I've seen of this just aren't doing it for me. It just doesn't look that exciting. It looks like just another 3rd person game but with a few lame looking powers and a weird stance. I realise nobody will be agreeing with me but what am I missing?
I'm rather looking forward to this. I'm the opposite of everyone else though, I keep thinking put the thing back even further and see what other ridiculous minutiae you can squeeze in before some far off release that produces the most perfect, true to life racing game that could ever be created. Pretty sure it's just me though at this point!
I just feel sorry that the writer, Jeremy Hill, has a nice little photo looking all professional but has ended up writing a couple of hundred pointless words on a game (that is good) like this.

Personally, I think Resogun is the best game in years. No story, just pure gameplay. You see it there in the list and ignore it for days and weeks then you pick it up and bam! a smile is back on your face.
