More a case that the master race spend so much time trying to outdo each others specs that its difficult for devs to get something that works across the board. works fine on xbox 360 ;-)
starting to think we need to come together and just not buy fifa one year - that'll make them sit up and take notice. until then, they make too much from sales + FUT to care!
Rather they sent their time making the character models as good as NBA 2K14.....
Oh and fixing all the awful referring, stupid offsides, scripted matches etc that blighted FIFA 14.Never before has a game made me so angry so often.
Pre-ordering ANY game is a mistake prior to the game having been reviewed and checked out. To do otherwise simply rewards devs for good marketing rather than good game creation.
now?!?
It made sense for this game in the reveal with the way it was explained and I'd have no problem with players in the normal game finding each other and working together etc.
Just not sure I then want a seperate mode tacked on where I could waste my time having boring MP scraps or whatever.
What racers do you imagine would use a clutch shift in real life?
I'd rather they didn't, personally.
I like MP games to be MP games (Driveclub, Battlefield - just lose the SP) and SP games to be SP (stop tacking on crap multiplayer AC, Tombraider etc).
Not sure why every game tries to be everything to every man.
But it means a more level playing field so driving ability rather than car tuning will affect the outcome - surely this has to be a good thing?
Each to their own I guess.
But you might find it easier to get laid without these things in your room!
Oh God, you'e not seriously going to waste all that money on a load of pointless extras that will be at the back of a drawer in 2 years time?
On the upside at least the British don't have to put up with living in a country full of poorly educated, obese, gun-toting, God bothering yanks, eh? I'd say that's a win for Britain all in all.
If only 10 cars are used that means there's a much better chance of finding out who the best driver is rather than who has the best car.
I'm sick of playing racers against players that buy to win (on some games) or who have set ups etc that are unbeatable. I want a fair level playing field so if I lose I've lost to a better driver.
It's called a racing game, not a build-a-car game.
I said "people buying a game they already own". Pretty sure it's not that difficult to understand I'm not talking about people that haven't already bought the game.
personally pleased that this isn't a sim game - really don't have time to be messing about with tyre pressures etc like I have a clue what difference they'll make. Just get in a car and drive.Seems good to me. Can't wait for Driveclub.
Too much like a playable movie for my liking. Essentially an on-rails shooter like all the other CODs.
People buying a game they already own is just going to encourage a lack of imagination within the industry.
People really do have issues.
Because he's very effectively making the point that the writer of this article is talking utter crap.
You know what I want? I want stuff in the picture to move when I touch it. So much in the scenes looks like background material - the sort of stuff you can't move or effect ib any way. I don't just want the graphics to be slightly shinier, I want to be able to knock stuff over, push it around and have it move naturally when it is knocked. THAT would be next gen - having a real world environment.
When's somebody going to make VR Tron and end the need for new games forever?
