Sony will not buy developers without prior working history with their internal resources. So, Insomniac and Super massive are actually candidates. Others would be Housemarque, Quantic Dream, and From Software.

Usually, western games from big publishers sell well just for a couple of weeks in Japanese market, if they spend enough money on advertisement. They do have extremely high tolerance to stupid root boxes however, I don't think Anthem will sustain any interests in Japanese market beyond two weeks.

It's not just about the game, I am amazed how accurately they have predicted degradation of Bioware. They actually posted so many concerns about coming Anthem based on what they saw in ME:A. All of them are turned out to be real.
