Aah I see. In theory though it still feels like they're "attending" in that they're having announcements and reveals at the same time but I understand what you're saying where they're officially not at E3. Sony not having any presence at that period is something new imo
Nintendo and EA are not skipping E3 from what I can tell. They just won't have the traditional on stage conference and as Nintendo has shown it's not necessary to have one to steal the show. Didn't Bethesda one year have a stage and just play a video for their conference?
Will Sony be on the show floor? If so then I wouldnt say they're skipping E3 either. Just reducing their presence.
You could try it in Game Pass as an alternative. I can't remember if the GP offer is still on right now but I'm sure you can find a cheap code online which would more than easily give enough time to beat the game.
If this is real then it's not good. DMC5 is a big AAA title, not some obscure JP light novel release which was the typical deflection from apologists on this topic.
I will say for now that this is alleged because I've seen no visual evidence of this specific scene but if it's real then Sony needs to really make it clear why this is happening in 3rd parties and not in their own games. Nudity in DMC is bad but fighting sex robots in Detroit is all good? Lol.

Anthony you're failing to present a standard that proves Nintendo receives favorable treatment compared to other publisher/studios so you cant accuse me of moving any goalposts. It's okay to draw a distinction but I think its better they let the game do the talking on that front. If a distinction really should be drawn then their depiction will tell us if its necessary once the full game is out.
