I'd still be really disappointed if this game wasn't a part of the play anywhere program. At the very least would Game Pass member still get access to it on PC?
From what we've seen is access to your game library on the go via phone, tablet or PC. That's the only advantage I can think of outside of not having to purchase any dedicated hardware.

Yes
Are you actually asking this?
I've seen worse.
I think it's part of the future but not THE future. I'm still waiting for physical games distribution to be dead as was predicted but I guess the all-digital future got delayed. I like the future where physical, digital and streamed games all co-exist.
"Japan is the strongest , biggest and most wanted player in gaming world"
I have a newsflash for you. Japan likes portability and if this service shows it is possible to play games reliably on your tablet then the only question that's left for Japan; are games that appeal to that market available on the service? If the answer is yes then the PS4 may lose what little it had left of that market and Nintendo may have some competition in the country.

No thanks. Streaming as an additional option is interesting to me but not as the only way to play. I'll stick with a console and my PC as the foundation.
@Genova84
No it's not false. Quote from the article you linked:
"An Xbox LIVE account is needed to play MCC on both Steam and the Windows Store"
Learn to read please. Show me where I said anything different.
Seriously though... We should keep the tags...
@Apocalype Shadow
"The Og Xbox being more powerful than PS2 didn't help them in winning."
Because power isnt the only factor but it is still a factor. Most of the times we see weaker hardware doing better than stronger hardware (which is almost all the time) there is always a caveat to explain it. The Switch is doing well with its hardware because the games are fantastic and the portability is an appealing feature. I never said it was going ...
I will say to take whatever we see with a grain of salt because Indies tend to have unexpected delays so we may have to wait a while for whats shown. I'm sure we'll see some awesome stuff though so can't wait!
Not difficult to see why when you take a brief look at studios like Rockstar North, RockSteady, Ninja Theory, Creative Assembly, Playground Games, Introversion, Media Molecule, Playtonic Games, Rare, Splash Damage, Sumo Digital and Supermassive Games. There's a lot in there and some working on some of the biggest games in the industry.
It will be available through the Xbox app. I believe that even if you buy the Steam version you'll still require an Xbox Live account to play online at the very least.
@UltraNova
Tell me where I said MS can do no wrong (or show how I even inferred that when I've called the Xbox One a failure) and actually refute what I said.
"Do they really have control of who comes out "on top" next gen because they have Gamepass and bought/made some studios?"
You clearly didn't read my comment because I never said that. I said the following:
"I think next-gen they ...
"First, Microsoft has never been "on top" accept for when they had the market to themselves. When Nintendo and Sony entered the race, Nintendo won and Sony outsold them worldwide from day one."
Depends what metric we're using. If we're talking sales then yeah they've not ever really been on top but last gen they definitely had a brief period where I'd say they were putting out better content than their competitors. It took Sony quite a wh...
"How do you know? I have beaten people online before, and I have lost to people online."
Because you're on N4G claiming you can do it instead of actually doing it.
"I don't like the games these "pro gamers" play"
So you don't like these games which means you don't play them but are claiming that you could win against these professionals? I'm not going to knock you. Keep believing that an...

" I can pick up a controller and beat anybody at a game though. Yes, I will lose a whole lot, but I'll also win a lot too."
No you won't. And if you're saying you can then why have you not gone pro at every game league and taken the top prize? Also worth pointing out there are many sports not in the Olympics that require far more dedication and effort than what is in there at the moment. Overall though there is only one thing that determines whether a ...
"I have no problems with epic opening a store and offering a better deal for devs. I am not even completely against grabbing some timed exclusives to attract attention. But do it with a brand new game and not games due out on another platform a month before it launches."
I think I'm still against timed store exclusivity but I would forgive it more if it was announced something like 6-8 months before the game is scheduled for release like you said.
"Yes, support for FOV-sliders is the plan."
The spirit of Totalbiscuit is guiding them 😇
