Until you can show me something based in fact it's a claim that's not relevant to the topic. Emulation and piracy are completely separate topics. When you try and conflate the two it suggests you're either trying to muddy the waters, or have a vested interest in emulation being made illegal.
Piracy can be done without emulation. Emulation can be done without piracy. This is why your 99% number has no relevance to the discussion.
It's actually been detailed as not that simple. You can import everything but there is no guarantee that all 1000-ish are going to work. Developers have even come out and said it's a miracle they've accomplished what they have for this long. Forgive me if I consider their analysis a bit better than yours.

No it wasn't even good. I compare launch games against what I've played in the past and the launch titles for the PS4 ranged from average to above average at best. Killzone: Shadowfall was terrible and had some terrible level design and the best it could usually do was just throw waves of enemies at you. It's a pretty game but falls below it's predecess...

I'd argue that's one of the things people should've been wary off. Ps3 had a lot of exclusives announced before launch that disappeared completely or took an entire generation to be shown again. It sucks but it is what it is.
