There are issues. He's being hyperbolic when he says it's completely broken but there are quite a few bugs that require you to reload a checkpoint.

The criticism about the bosses is 100% valid. To my knowledge, there's maybe 2 bosses not recycled in any way; Magni & Modi, and The Dragon. Apart from those the rest were used multiple times. That is a valid criticism for a series that was known for having good boss ...

You literally don't remember the start of this generation do you? PS4 players were bragging about 1080p 30fps compared to 900p 30fps. Atleast these PC 'muppets' bragged about 4k 60fps compared to 1080p 30fps. Interestingly the bragging stopped once the Xbox One X got closer to release. Wonder why....
First off you've displayed you don't understand how Metacritic works. To start off with the 36 number you listed is written reviews and the overall negative current reviews are at 207. When the review bombing news was originally covered it was at over 300 negative reviews and only 16 written. The user score hit 7.1 at one point. Your ignorance to the facts only makes you look like the fool in this when you try to suggest otherwise.
