The story in Reach isnt good. It's very easy to explain why with one very simple question. Using only the information provided in the game, why should anyone care about the fall of Reach and the main protagonists of the game?

Typically, when someones response to a list of bad things about a game is "that's, like, you're opinion, brah" then it's a good sign they isn't a good defense for the game.
Too soon to say for sure, but I'm getting the feeling we're going to see the overconfidence that we usually see set in every time one of the big 3 gets too comfortable. It happened to MS after the unexpected success of the 360, It happened to Nintendo after the success of the Wii, and we may see it occur here for Sony.

Nah, they didn't. They just made it even clearer what the problem was with the copy&pasting of bosses. Overall I think theres only 2 boss fights that are in no way recycled which is a shame for a series that was known for having incredible boss fights.
Can't wait for the sequel though as it's something thats easily fixed.
