Thankfully its been fixed before the European release, can't wait to play it on friday. ^_^
Yeah it annoys me that the default male shep is getting all the attention, but I'm just glad theres the option of having the femshep (because I find her voice far more interesting).
The comic just does what its meant to do, provide a summary of what happened in ME1 and make some important decisions, but it would have been better if they gave us a better look into the characters.
I completed ME1 last month so I'm just going to repeat the choices I made...
Thats because the main arguement seems to be about the PS3 v 360.
www.youtube.com/watch?v=zTrAK1 1sFck This is part 1 of the comic with femshep's voice. That'll answer your questions.
It could be next year, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if Square-Enix announced a 2015 release later on, because it took 4 years for the original to come out after its first trailer.
Whilst I think FFXIII is a great game, it was a let down and failed to live up to my high expectations. Without sounding like a troll, this game would have probably been better had it fully utilised the PS3's hardware. I thought the combat was decent, but I did prefer what I saw in the original E3 2006 trailer.
As with XIII-2, I'm surprised it was announced so soon with a winter 2012 release date, but I am skeptical considering Versus XIII isn't even out yet. How ...
Good review, this is definatly a day one buy for me on friday, you lucky Americans, getting to play it now. :P
A freight train filled with excellent exclusives I might add. ^_^
Maybe their sales wouldn't be down if they actually stopped ripping customers off. £45 for a game when you can get it for £38-40? no thanks.
I hope this comic has Jennifer Hale's voice over aswell.
I think the comic has done a decent job of summing up the last game, obviously its not the same as playing ME1, but its enough for newcomers. I have ME1 on the PC but I'm getting ME2 on the PC (because I prefer consoles and my graphics card isn't that good), but I'm just glad I can make the important choices again.
I've got a large HDD so I'm not bothered, aslong as this reduces loading times then thats great.
Agreed, they definatly shouldn't show trailers for games that won't be out for years. I mean, the first Versus trailer was shown in 2006, I was 16. I'm 21 now and we still have no release date. *Sighs*
I actually liked exploring planets with the Mako, and its something I'm hoping will be in ME3.
Whilst going in the same buildings (killing enemies and looting) was sorta repetitive, but it was also great because it made ME like a traditional dungeon exploring RPG.
Good job the last COD game I bought was COD4, and I never looked back.
Look different? probably not much. The demo looked great, and if the visuals are polished up a bit then thats great too.
the things that will probably have been corrected are the screen tearing and the constant changes in frame rate.
My GOTY 2010 was Heavy Rain. As with Mass Effect 2, I've only played the PS3 demo (completed ME1 on the PC and loved it), but I'll be buying it next week and that'll be a GOTY 2011 contender for me.
That was taking it too far to be honest.
I bet there are some people that do, but I use a femshep because Jennifer Hale's voice acting is much better.
This is an early build of my femshep that I'll be using on ME2, but I've made some slight adjustments.

Its about time Bioware cleared this up for definate, because I wasn't too sure whether Chris meant the ME2 demo was an old build when he said "demos are made months before release" a couple of weeks ago.
Anyways I can't wait to play this awesome game. Day 1 buy for me on friday. :)
Good job I never bought Black Ops, or any COD since COD4. I'm happily playing BFBC2 until ME2 comes out.
