I played on Resident Evil Mercenaries, DOA, Asphalt, Ridge Racer, Zelda OOT, some submarine game, Nintendogs+Cats, Raving Rabbids etc.
I'd say the Bristol event at Cabot Circus was probably removed because the one I went to at the Arnolphini exhibition centre was pretty quiet. I was expecting there to be a big queue but I just walked in with no waiting. That was a good thing for me though, as I could play any 3DS game I wanted without waiting.
As much as I like Battlefield, I'd rather DICE just take a break and get back to making original games like Mirror's Edge. The concept was so fresh and the artistic design is the best I've seen.
POSSIBLE SPOILER WARNING
Yes, the story ended so it didn't need a sequel, but it would be nice to see what happens after the Shard event as it still raised questions about the government.
Hell, as soon as I finish Dead Space 2 I'm ...
I'm just listening to the soundtrack now, the game just had such a unique look and feel to it. I pray EA reconsider and give us the sequel. After all, DS1 didn't sell that well and DS2 has definatly exceeded it.
Well, the competition must have started tonight because I entered it on Facebook.
GOD DAMN IT EA! this has to be the worst thing they've done this gen. Mirror's Edge 2 DESERVED a sequel, it was just an awesome, original IP. Its such a shame because Dead Space 2 exceeded DS1's sales, so I'm sure ME2 would have sold better.
How could the prototype not work? if they kept it like the first game and made some improvements/adjustments then everything would have worked out.
EDIT: @ Above. EA said it had a small team working on it...
I'm just surprised you got 4 agrees.
KZ3 will not only eat Black Ops for breakfast...but it'll eat it for brunch, lunch, tea and supper too.
Its probably just a goof.
I'm so tempted to get this, and I'm not even big on phones. Hell, my current one is a Sony Ericsson K800i which is a few years old.
So basically, the UK gets ripped off, as always. Stupid VAT...
I didn't see hardly any difference between the gameplay between the two games. Thats not a bad thing though, because I thought the gameplay in both games were excellent, I just think Uncharted 2's visuals improved and the game increased in scope.
For me, both games are 10/10, but I do prefer UC1 because it was the first installement and I liked the story. Tha said, I do like the multiplayer that 2 has (and yes, its got a great story aswell...I just prefer UC1's)
Well whether its the same video or not, its been done before by the same guy, so therefore, its old.
Very old but still very funny.
You could buy the map pack...or you could use the money to buy Killzone 3. I know which I'd rather have.
Well if you don't you're missing out on one of the best games this generation. Its my personal GOTY 2010.
Ok, I just got back from the event. The Street Fighter and Resi thing was really cringe worthy. I walked in the dark room and got grabbed by a zombie, only to have "Claire Redfield from STARS" (lols) get him off me and shout. I then got accidently nutted in the chin by "Chris Redfield" and then before I knew what hit me, got pushed out of the room. XD
The 3DS itself was great, especially the 3D. I got to play Zelda, DOA, Resi mercs, Nintendogs, Raving Rabb...
Its only good when people work as a team, otherwise you get people running around like Rambo getting jumped on by aload of Necromorphs; and when you're a Necromorph, you get killed loads.
I will say that the PS3's multiplat games have been held back i.e. FFXIII and PS3 exclusives tend to be of a much higher quality compared to multiplatform games. That said however, there are exceptions. It appears to me that whenever the PS3 is the lead platform to develop on, the more equal the games look i.e. EA's Dead Space and Mirror's Edge. Whenever the PS3 is the lead platform, both versions benefit.
I have a feeling that the Resi thing isn't going to be very good, but I'm really just there for the games...and the booth babes!
Its good to see, hopefully they'll give me my standard ISA assault rifle back for medic...
