I agree, MS has stated from the beginning their conference will be focused on games and nothing more. There is a reason they cancelled all post conference interview in the first place.
Although it did not changed anything with regards to the restrictions. They did what they set out to do.
I agree, with what happened to Fuse who can really blame them from accepting this deal and if they are still working with Sony and releases another R&C or Resistance exclusives would we still deny them?
While I understand the feeling of the fanbase (I'm a Resistance fan myself). They are still a 3rd party studio. So its not entirely out of the question that they can still make games on the Playstation.
Oh does Insomniac own the IP to this game or MS? ...

I knew it Pachter jinxed us, The $399 came out as $499. If Sony comes out with $449 instead of $349. Then Pachters' jinxed will come full circle.
As it stands, the free games are only good on your 360 until the X1 comes out. While PS+ will continue to work on your PS3 even after the PS4 comes out.
And what happened to that $99 Xbox 360 Pachter was talking about. That jinx!
^ Well bro you never know, sometimes issues like this can pique the interest of an individual to become more politcally and socially aware of issues far broader than this. Well it seems we have become a generation compliant to change even if it has a negative effect to the community. I guess sales is more important than basic consumer rights these days.

-PS4 price around $399 ($349 would be awesome if true)
-More PS4 exclusives announced 1st & 3rd party alike.
-All PS4 will come with a PS Eye II.
-PS Vita price cut and bigger memory cards with better prices.
-More PSV games announced (Hopefully JRPG localizations)
-PS3 price cut (Maybe the 12GB sku announced for NA with Move bundle)
Fears:
-Restrictive DRM on the PS4. Maybe not like MS but b...

^ Well right now online pass seems to be a better deal because its less intrusive and gives me an option to not pay for something that has already been payed for because I'm borrowing or lending a game from a friend when I just want to play the offline mode.
Being able to only loan a game ONCE is also something I am not down with.

The WKC server shutdown was announced back in March this is nothing new and will affect the NA and EU servers. I have not heard anything for the Japanese servers. So I'm guessing it will remain up.
I just finished the trilogy recently. So I'm definitely looking forward to Shadow Fall and Mercenary.
