Well considering its the last stretch of this generation. TLOU did pretty well.
People forget that if MS kept the restrictions then the X1 will only work on selected countries. How can that be innovative?
You can actually share your account on your PS3 to more than 2 consoles. You just simply deactivate the account on one PS3 and activate it on the next. Remember all downloaded games and content will be playable off any account on the PS3 even if the account where you downloaded them from is deactivated.
Its a hassle but this is how you do it. If you doubt what I say go to pinoypsp.com and check their account sharing thread for the PS3.
i believe you can do th...
AH tried to be the CoD or flight sims but it wasn't really what the fanbase was looking for after the lackluster 6. There is a reason 4, 5 & 0 were popular.
There is not enough facepalm in the world for the comment made by that Graham fellow.
Please stop using God in your misguided and narrow minded thinking. You shame every person who believes in God.
@4Sh0w
If MS did not do a 180 on the X1 policies then it will only work on selected countries and how can that be a good thing for the console and the gaming industry/community in general?
His jinx comments knows no end.
Maybe he got hit with the mic when Jack Trenton dropped it at E3.
I agree, there is no reason why the Family Sharing cannot be implemented without the restrictions on the Physical Media.
We already sort of have this with the PS3 & 360 this gen. Where you can share your account with your family or friends and have them download whatever digital games or content you have already purchased or redeemed.
Exactly, MS said they were going to educate the community on the benefits of Cloud but yet they take away the feature that can be best used as an example on why the industry should go digital. Just because they backpedaled on the DRM?
Can't the feaure work without the restrictions?
Consumer confidents in MS is shakey right now. Even with the sudden policy change. You cannot expect the community to just forget what was said by MS executives. Samething happened to Sony with the PS3 in 2006.
But if the history of this industry can show us anything, confidence can be recovered in time. If Sony can do it then MS should be able too.
That's so wrong in so many ways lol
Wait did the article just say this drama was all planned from the start?
Why in the world would you even try to generate any negative press about yourself when you can immensely benefit from a positive one from the start? That does not make any marketing sense!
We will just have to wait for the price drop in a couple of years. Its the nature of the console business. So it will happen.
Not worth it man, if the guy cannot see this is more about the industry as a whole and not just about MS & Sony then we can't do anything about it.
We can only explain but its up to them to understand.
Edit: just to be clear I was talking to Omega, Geezus just posted 1st before me XD
If I'm financially able, why not. Especially, if the games that I want is on the system.
Doubtful, it would probably be your normal type E3 where journalist will then ask is it still worth having have.
This is my question too, will I now be able to play my X1 any place in the world now even if I imported it?
Didn't Sony also say we carry over our accounts from our PS3 to the PS4 like they did with the Vita? I mean here in the Philippines we have no PS store but I have US and HK accounts.
MS did try to get JRPGs on their console. They even got Idol Master and Monster Hunter MMO on the 360 which is very popular in Japan and even have exclusive niche JRPGs but nothing works.
If MS is already having problems winning the hearts and mind of the gaming populace across Asia then its going to be even more harder to get the Japanese to buy in. When they are already deeply embedded with Ninty and Sony.
Japan also has become handheld centric which does ...
