@CGI
What did I say that contradicted the obvious?
This is all I have to say:
This is coming from the founder of the company that almost killed the entire industry...
Yup, credible. I mean he should know what irrelevant means. lol!
Unless MS throws a lot of money at Sega's way because that Wii U Yakuza HD experiment didn't do so well.
But more importantly I wish someone would help Sega localize Y5 because its clear they won't do it on their own.
Haters will always hate.
If Illumiroom was available then I can see this feature as a big plus but in an age where almost everyone plays multiplayer online rather than going to a friends house to play offline multiplayer. This feature is no longer the game breaker it use to be.
^Yes '05 but I couldn't edit anymore after realizing I had the wrong year.
Or the partnership of Operation Rainfall with Language Automation Inc. but only if Sega agrees to have their franchise localized and with their track record going back to Sakura Taisen, I have my reservations. -_-

At this rate some of us won't even need to do any boycotting because they won't localize the games we want to buy from them. :<
Yeah you should ask your friend. So we won't end up putting too much spoilers on this thread. lol!
I would still say you should finish it though. I mean if your friend still has it then you can borrow any time. lol!
@Misaka_x_Touma (below)
Its clearly noted on the description.
I also felt Dead Souls mechanics was an experiment for Binary Domain. I mean Dead Souls wasn't that bad, its still a Yakuza game through and through but everyone was doing Zombie games or add-ons at that time. The market was just saturated.
Wait you lost me, you're angry because you're playing the beta? xD
Small fanbase? Okay not like Japan fanbase but still its solid.
Please don't tell me they are basing this with the sales of Dead Souls because that experimental spin off wasn't exactly what the fanbase outside of Japan was looking for.
I mean you took a chance of Project Diva for pete sakes but would not continue to cater to your established fanbase?! Come on Sega D:
New Ending~ :D
Please tell me you played the game before taking this opinion too much to heart. At the very least the Beta. :<
Ponyo is for kids, its not like Princess Mononoke or Spirited Away. Well I guess in a way Ni No Kuni is closer to Ponyo, I mean those ads they have in Japan kind of hit their market audience on the NDS.
Still the game stayed true to the Studio Ghibli spirit. I can't ask for anything else besides that.
You should have finished the game though. You missed out on the plot twist with Shadar. Although you probably read the entire plot line already.
If you have never been a fan of Studio Ghibli (or do not know who they are) then you will definitely miss out with the style of story telling.
I agree that the AI was weak. There should have been more team commands that would help the player control the AI. They just take those boss specials too much.
Still as a long time Studio Ghibli fan I am glad they stayed true to their style of story telling and Level-5 did a fine job making the game.
Holy smokes on Jojo!
I think they just wanted to release the X1 on the same date that they released the 360 back in '06.
Kinda like following a tradition.
Its going to be a Rumble in November!
I don't know about them but for frugal gamers like me this looks golden.
