Not being accurate does not mean he is wrong all the time. Yes, take his rumors with a grain of salt but do not discount them altogether.
Besides to my understanding, its the games that has the DRM because the X1 OS after the update no longer has the DRM function on. (If I'm mistaken, feel free to correct me)

I think its a waste of time to sue a company for something that is only temporary on a device that was accidentally shipped before its street date. The only one that would be happy are lawyers in this case.
I think Swami getting his X1 early is a blessing in disguise. He got to beta test the console for the rest of us and may have averted an even worse situation, just imagine if issues like this happened at launch.
Hopefully its just a misprint on the back cover, like those PS4 games that didn't say they have Remote Play supported, when they are.

I already have this on my GameCube and Wii but I will still get it nonetheless to support Tales Studio and their localization efforts. Though I wish they would have localized Hearts and Innocence R instead since we never got any localized version of those games, even on the NDS.

You forgot about the part where the X1 will only function on certain territories, if they have kept their original strategy. So you can't even import it if you wanted to. How can that be the future of gaming, which has always been the best medium to bridge people from across the world, I will never know.

Well it was originally intended for the 360. So I guess it won't be the most technically beautiful game for the X1 but its still the soul successor of Panzer Dragoon. That has to mean something :D
The medium maybe different (sports & gaming) but the actions/reactions of the fans over the internet are very similar. Its like that on any other medium tbh.

Is that a brand new DS4 or a worn out one used in multiple trade shows? Because I doubt one person can just do that in a couple of weeks, unless one has incredible amount of acid coming out of his/her hands.
