The one thing that made me laugh about this article is when one of them said the PSV is too big to be a portable and he doesn't think it will justify him to carry the PSV on the go.
News flash people carry their notepads like the iPad on the go which is bigger than the PSV. That excuse is just unbelievable to me.
The reason the DS beat the PSP this gen because the DS gave the gamers a different experience.
And as it looks like right now the shoe seems to be on the other foot with the 3DS and the PSV.
We'll just have to see if that will equal to sales for Sony.
All I can say is the ball is in Sony's court. Only their strategy can make the PSV gold or bust.
^ Apple
(Looks at the iPhone 4, iPad 2 and Macbooks design line). Joke!
But seriously ChiV is right every tech company does it. The slim/smaller verions are lighter, less expensive to make, needs less power to run and generate less heat. Its always been that way when it comes to tech hardware.
Sony is running a business not a charity and its not exactly their fault the economy is in shambles. So lets not go and say "they don't understand" because they probably understand the economy better than you or me.
Besides Sony and the other Japanese exporters would love nothing more than a strong Dollar and a weak Yen. The more the Dollar weakens the less profit they will make.
What you want to do to prevent RRoD on your old 360 is:
1) make sure its ventilated properly (nothing blocking the exhaust)
2) Put a fan directly at its intake (to help cool the 360 even further)
3) Do not put it in any surface that absorbs and keeps heat like cloth etc...
4) Even better try to elevate it by putting cans underneath the 360, so cool air will pass underneath it.
5) Play around 4-5hrs and no more.
6) When shutting down your 360 lea...
I actually thought I was playing Street Fighter the Action game since Sheva would Flash Kick and Chris would do his imitation of the Shoryuken. lol!
Well it said an RPG so it got my attention. lol!
Yeah MGS: Peace Walker and Splinter Cell Essentials was hard to play because there was no right analog stick.
I would really wish SE would bring this game to the PSV since we (the English speaking gamers) won't be seeing this game (localized on the PSP) before the release of the PSV which has been hinted to be the 1st qtr of next year.
Unless of course SE can surprise us with an expedited English release (which I highly doubt)

No company can stop you from modding your console just as long as you know which law you should watch out for under the DMCA and you'll be fine.
I agree I love the Helgast headgear

The Dragon Armor headgear in ME2 looks great too

I agree even the older Snake in MGS4 should have made the list.
Although I could understand FFXIII being there (at least to an extent) I'm not so sure GOWIII, Metroid: OM and LA Noire should be on that list... ^^;;
I think she'll be back too because Vanille is coming back.
Of course she would be back. She is the "Moe" of this game. lol!
Both companies will use the Shipped data which is again 100% accurate and is what the industry actually cares about.
With that said the 360 should be leading the PS3 because it has a 1yr cycle lead on the competition and the Shipped data will reflect that.
Even NPD is inaccurate there is just no way to accurately track retail unless its a downloaded purchase or the game has DRM where you can track the number of users online.
That's why companies uses Shipped data because that's 100% accurate.
Wasn't Norse mythology suppose to be the first choice of GOW? I think this time they can make it happen.
Then again I would really miss Kratos and his umm... fatality moves against the gods. lol!
Its not such a bad thing. To me this is just the process of evolution within the industry. The taste of the consumers have changed, the generation has changed, the technology has improved immensely etc...
You just have to follow the flow of the market or be left behind and in business that can mean a huge profit or a huge loss.
As for people who only care about graphics or sales, well that's not the problem with the games that's the problem of the ga...
