In some sense you are right in the fact that I only bought older games on the Vita and that's because none of the newer ones are really that exciting when compared to what is on computers and PS4.. that and Sony actually considers it a legacy device.
Please don't.. I own a Vita, I have owned ever playstation console/Handheld and the Vita is by far the only dust collector out of all of them. Their are some good games on the Vita but none that I would consider a must have. Most of the games I bough on it were from another era. DX12 has never been better then Vulkan or any openGL distro. Okay, Fair enough, That looks great. Remind you, I bet it would look better built from the ground up on PS4 than what you showed. For example, Take uncharted 4 and how GOW is looking. Uncharted 4 is by far one of the best looking games I have played, I was consistently taking shots in photo mode and stopping to adore the environments.

Sony was the first one to be open to this idea many many many many years ago and microsoft shut them down. Now that they are getting royally beat in sales they are all buddy buddy lol, Just no. @sgtpepper1806 Sony makes 63% of its income from selling Life insurance in Japan.. The playstation division makes up a fair share but it's nothing close to the insurance game. Its a great source of income, But electronics in general are not their bread and butter just like gaming isn't for Microsoft.
