It's idiots like you who make me sick...and are what's wrong with gaming in general. You're the same type that's been playing mostly Halo 2 on your 360, even though there have been MANY amazing 360 titles since launch.
Crackdown is more fun than Halo 3 will EVER be.....PERIOD.
"The Broken Kingdoms is BROWSER BASED..." It's essentially a flash game. If MS were so inclined, they could easily add a browser to a future 360 update ; however, they have made it quiet clear they have no desire to do so, for security reasons....and the fact they already have IE on virtually every pc on the planet.
This is the closest PS3 gamers will get to experiencing LIVE Anywhere. Somehow, I think Shadowrun will bring in more cross-platform gamers than a point-&-click. :o
...especially for a brand new IP, with a fairly new dev (GTA pedigree aside).
The recently added street racing is some of the most enjoyable racing I've EVER PLAYED. I MUCH prefer it over any of the Burnout series.
...you're an idiot. :o
...but it DEFINITELY looks about 8 months OLDER. ;)
I've been playing this game regularly since day-1....played it online for about 3 hours tonight, in fact. Sony fans who diss this game, because they somehow think the PS3 version deserved "more attention" or something, deserve every bad thing that comes their way. This game kicks ass.
1.) Why would anyone buy a console for a game that's not scheduled to be released for 2 years?
2.) Yes, the beta graphics were a tad underwhelming....but still better than most of what's been shown on PS3 since launch. And, for the record, I'm luke-warm, at best, on the Halo franchise ; I bought Crackdown for Crackdown...and it's f*cking awesome.
3.) As 'razer' noted, Bungie did indeed state...up front...that the video was 100% cgi, and made by DD. And, Kill...
This website has been really buggy today. ???
Um....Poor-Kid, I didn't agree with you, you ignorant jackass. WTF kind of weak sh1t is your mom feeding you anyway?
That's what I was HOPING Perfect Dark Zero would look like. :(
cleanliness and active ventilation is the key. Check out how I've had my launch 360 situated (pic attached), FROM DAY 1. Because my original XBOX was in this same cabinet, I already knew extra care was needed to keep my electronics cool and clean (especially with 3 cats). 1 fan on the power brick, 1 across the back of the console, and the 360 sitting on an inverted stainless steel basket, giving 3" of airspace below. My 360 stays cool AND QUIET with this setup....and I typically g...
Are they still using the big silver behemoth? (pic below)
...desperately defending this sh1t, and trying to make sense out of it.
MS's message to gamers: Grab your favorite 360 game, and Jump In.
Sony's message to gamers: Um... continue playing with yourselves and watch some porn (trust us, This is Living).... while we figure out what the f@ck we're doing.
...the irony of JIZ PAJAMAS calling someone else dumb. :o
Go read the reviews for the Freestyle Pro, jackass. It's not that they "couldn't get it right"...it was just not supported by enough PC devs to make it relevant, so it was dropped. Guess what? The SAME THING will happen to the Wii-mote...already is, really.
LOL...MS INVENTED the motion-sensing controller.....9 YEARS ago.
http://activewin.com/review...
If they decide to give it another try with the 360, it won't be a matter of "copying Nintendo", as many will cry. :o
it won't. The Wii has already fallen off drastically, since launch, and the software is really lacking so far. Even the hugely-anticipated LOZ:TP failed to impress, and struggled to sell 1 million copies.
Fact is, the Wii-mote isn't really be utilized enough to make it more than a gimmick. Even 1st-part titles aren't using it much, and games like Red Steel failed miserably.
The Wii will continue to fade, along with motion-sensing games, as more devs realize...
'cause I'm 36, and still feel like 20....but my gray hair and fading physique don't lie. :( :(
I'm just making the point that this article (and title)is extremely misleading, in that it makes it sound like you can use an external HDD, IN PLACE OF an official 360 HDD....which IS NOT the case. If you want the freedom to download tons of Marketplace content, the new 120gb HDD is THE ONLY way to do so.
Maybe I'm just spoiled by all my "big boy toys". I've got my new PC hooked up in the same entertainment center as my 360. Both of them are networked, and share ...
...just impossible. Game saves, Marketplace content, XBLA games, etc. can ONLY be saved to, and viewed from the proprietary 360 HDD. Why? This is how MS guards against piracy and sharing Achievements/game saves ; everything is tied into that singular HDD, and verified via LIVE.
...the best action/horror game to date, IMO. It had so many "Oh sh1t...WTF is going on?!" moments, I had to take numerous breaks from playing it. The only other games that have come close, IMO, were parts of The Suffering, and Thief: Deadly Shadows on the XBOX (Shalebridge Cradle, anyone??).
That's one helluva list...but they STILL managed to leave out a TON of games:
