@Shadow Flare and Greywulf – Natal isn’t a concept; it’s an actual working piece of technology, it does exist and works as demoed at E3. It was also demoed last year at CES2008 the technology was owned by 3DV and called the zcam, expected to retail for about 60 bucks. Microsoft has since improved on the technology and bought a few other companies to improve it, like voice recognition (Tellme Networks Inc.). Notice they also picked up Wii mote hacker Johny Chung Lee (one of the world’s top exp...

I guess it's ok for Apple to run ads against MS but not for MS to run ads against Apple.

I know Microsoft will want to push this and will make it a pretty good price, but below 50, the Xbox Vision cam didn’t even come out that low. Honestly think this Michael guys just pulls things out of nowhere. I can see the price being around $99.99-$60.00 because they really want to move Natal.

Samus AKA "JUSTIN BAILEY" if your from the NES days. But I know the Halo Fanbase is Epic so due to popularity I would give it to MC.

Many of us who for have been saying there isn't going to be a price cut because they are already loosing money on the sell of every PS3 and in addtion the PS3 is selling just fine. Got Disagree with countless times... Is this proof enough. PS3 is selling fine get over it.

I don't see Google making any dent in Microsoft’s share of OS. There are many alternatives to Windows; MAC OS, Linux, and UNIX to name the top ones, which has its hardcore followers and have been around for years. You can Google to fine Windows VS which ever OS and you will find the same thing. Windows wins out for various reasons, software being the biggest. Software support really makes or breaks an OS.

Microsoft has the whole .NET Framework which is a prime development plat...

Yes, they run the largest mmORPg servers in the world, however most people playing aren't playing with mulitpule computer from the same 1.5mb connection (which is average in the US). Latency will be an issue.

The next thing is they have left us waiting for 10years as fans hoped there would be an update to the game we all grew up with and loved. However no such answer until now. Then they take out one of the features that made this game what it is. Wow, great way to treat your...

Didn't they learn from EA and Spore??? One of the things that made this game popular was the LAN parties, I only played on Battle.NET to up my skills for the LAN parties. The other thing that made this game so good is you didn't need a killer PC to run it, it ran on our crappy school computers. We would drag our massive PC's around just to have Starcraft battles over LAN. Could we have just connected to battle.net and played? Yes, but LAN games made it fun an elite private club.

I have 4 other friends who got RROD one did the Xbox warranty kept breaking but go it fixed the others had Best Buy and warranties like that all upgrade and no problems since. RROD - yes it did happen get over it... its fixed for the first part now, and you should be buying the extended warranty on any electronic device you...

At least they are real about it, they only have the skill and desire to code for the PC or simpler platforms. It's not a big deal when certain developers say they will only code for the PS3 or the Wii so why is it a problem here???

I'm not liking this drop of LAN support myself. Sometimes you are just having a personal LAN party. Bad enough they placed us on hold for 10 years. This point this game might be dropping off my list in favor of Warhamer 40K RTS.

Just so silly because the patent used the most generic terms to describe online video game computer communication. Hopeful Sony and Microsoft can beat this.

@GWAVE

Hardcore Gamer is someone who will play any or a particular genre of games despite the platform or interface even if the game is aimed at the casual market they basically live and breathe video games.
Casual Gamer is someone who plays a video game here and there, and may have on occasion even done some all nighters for a particular game. They generally favor games they can play without a lot of effort in remembering how the game play works if they haven’t touch...

Really dispointed, bad enough we had to wait over 10 years for a game we all love and supported, to only get the back seat to WOW.

Completely Crazy... Again not sure how these crazy stories are getting approved.
