As I already said Shadow, just depends on what you're looking for. Everyone enjoys entertainment there own way
The way I see it:
Sony if you want to play strictly exclusive games which are definitely unique to PlayStation
Microsoft if you want to play some exclusive games and cross play titles with PC, as well as a broader machine for entertainment purposes (4K Blu ray, HDMI in, streaming services) etc.
Nintendo if you desire mobile gaming and some multimedia function.
Yes, I know alot of the features available with MS, Son...
If this guy actually read the original Halo books, he'd instead be saying Reach was one of the worst Halo games to come out, specifically it's story line (gameplay was classic Halo so no complaints there). The original reach storyline was fantastic and followed the original lore to a freaking Tee.
Personally, between the regular Halo games, Halo wars, and even Halo Spartan Assault, we have enough Halo games as it is. Would love to see 343 make something new all toge...
"But IHS noted that the overall console game market shrank in 2016"
Hopefully that changes this year
Before I sold my PS4, the only time I ever used the low power mode was when I was running an update or download off of PSN. Otherwise I don't use sleep mode for any of my devices. Pretty sad this is Switch's "1UP" over its competition lol
Agreed though technically we don't know what options are available for Scorpio just yet. E3 can't come soon enough!
Also saw your above post,
Running a 8350, ATI 7950, and 16GB Ram myself. Middle of the pack as you say!
Political Correctness taken to a stupid level.
Mech Assault?!
When was that teased?? I don't recall seeing anything. Super stoked if this true though, MA and MA2 were instant classics and I still have them on my original Xbox!
@ Apocalypse Shadow
You need Oculus or Vive to be considered a PC gamer? Lmfao.
Guess that means you need a PS4 Pro to be considered a "PS Gamer" then.
@ niko04
Feelings? For God's sake this is N4G. News. 4 Gamers.
If you feel so inclined to talk about feelings there's plenty of other sites to go and whine about how offended you think you are.
This is a gaming site, where gamers come to talk about gaming and gaming hardware. I fully support annoyedgamer for being annoyed about this article in the first place.
And you wonder why liberals, SJWs, and millenia...
Guess I should consider myself lucky with my 360 before I sold it. Bought my first one in 2007, literally a month before my 3 year warranty expired I had the E74 error (which I believe was a fried graphics card). It's a shame that I probably could've prevented it had I properly cleaned out the back vents (they were clogged with dust), I just didn't realize it at the time.
Anyways the refurb that MS sent me was pretty good, didn't have any problems with it r...
@ S2Killinit
You'd rather consoles not become steam machines? (Or specifically Xbox not become a Steam machine more like it?) Care to explain why?
You're one of the main Sony commentators on here always accusing MS of not having enough exclusive games on Xbox as it is.
Sounds like someone doesn't like the idea of Scorpio getting a ridiculous amount of PC games exclusive to Scorpio/PC and not Playstation.
...
If the games are so amazing what your doing here then trolling in an Xbox article?
Agreed. The game itself was fun, but until they learn to actually give us proper content, a full story line and not a game the felt like it came out in mid production, as WELL as an in-game search tool to pair up with groups, raiding specifically, I'm holding off buying it.
Call me crazy, but I personally believe Bungie had it better when they were working under MS still, Activision seems to be alot worse.
Sounds like someone bought the DLC and is now trying to self justify why he did in the first place
My apologies 😂
Moldy,
No point in appeasing N4G/Sony fanboys. Try as you might, these people will never be satisfied. It's pretty clear that Xbox is making some vast changes in its gaming division and with E3 and Scorpio inbound, we're going to finally see some quality gaming return to Xbox. Phil's been pretty true to his word so far, and the changes which have clearly taken place in MS since he's been in charge are self explanatory. He said games are coming, so games are ...
"Our plan is to bring mixed reality content to the Xbox One family of devices, including Project Scorpio, in 2018.”
"The mention of “Xbox One family” also suggests the original console might support this content too, which wasn’t stated before. In the past Microsoft has said that Scorpio won’t have exclusive games, and suggested its MR devices won’t need a high-powered PC to run."
Interesting, very interesting. Looks like MS still has a few tri...
There's definitely some mystery surrounding MS's E3 this year. Looking forward to seeing what they have to say. Wouldn't mind going back to the Xbox world either, I certainly enjoyed it more over my time with PS3&4.
@ Krysis
I know, that's the best part. This site is overrun with Sony fanboys. I wasn't even intentionally trolling, I'm speaking the truth. (Not like anything I said is wrong, or even rude either)
