The slogan from fallout is pointing out that war is basically all the same, just a petty dispute leading to a needless great loss of life.
In MGS4 war has become the largest economy, propping up everything else. It's no longer about nations but PMCs. However later in the game you find that it's really no different and was just part of the petty dispute between Zero and Big Boss.
You need aim assist on console games. Controllers aren't as good as keyboard and mouse - the only reason people think they are is because most games compensate by giving you aim assist. If a game came out with no aim assist people would complain how they can't hit anything.
Got my platinum for this game way back, I think there were only about 2000 people with the platinum then. I expect that to go up now, but it isn't easy ;)
@kingdavid
When they announced Final Fantasy XIII they announced 3 games that would release together and compliment each other, on PS3 and PSP. They obviously had big development issues as they were forced to develop for 360 as well, and probably then diverted many resources just to get one game out there and scrap their 3-game project.
The Versus developers might be standing their ground and keeping it PS3-exclusive, but this would mean that Square Enix are ...
Dylan himself said that they have some kind of "tank-style gameplay" that's really fun; they realise lots of Warhawk players loved the tank gameplay so it's not being left out in Starhawk. They're just not ready to show it off yet.
He saw the Ryse trailer, didn't like what he saw. "Another f##king kinect game" he says. And he's right, too. Now Microsoft have kinect, expect far fewer decent games.
Voice commands can easily be done with a headset, what are you talking about. There are plenty of headsets with good enough audio quality to do voice recognition, I'd go so far as to say that any headset that isn't broken could be used to do it.
So, so sad that Sony's London Studios have been reduced to producing endless Singstar games for the casual crowd, whilst Eight Days and The Getaway get cancelled, with no replacements in sight. Considering Sony have the largest first-party contingent of the big three, one wonders how they are able to have so many teams in development limbo or producing casual crap. Their portable system(s) may be to blame as they have to spread their resources thin. Lax deadlines and developer freedom mig...
- I found the cutscenes quite charming and funny actually.
- If you haven't been online I hope you've at least downloaded the update that improves the load times, it's still worth complaining about after the update though
- The balance in the campaign was awful because of the rubber-banding AI. Though you CAN still win with skill, it's just that unless you have a certain level of skill you're within the rubber-banding capability of the AI. Also the shield r...
Only 70? I think I've got over 250. And that only counts ranked play so it doesn't count split-screen games that I played a LOT. And bear in mind I'm one of the LESS dedicated players. :)
Graphics look much like Uncharted 2 to me. I didn't watch in HD though just in the embedded vid. Of course that's not a bad thing :)
When you use the internet there is no DNA fingerprint, no CCTV footage, nothing to link you to the crime. Every computer has an IP address, yes, and in theory if every node on the internet kept a record of every packet sent and received and to where, you could track every hack back to an individual computer. (Of course this doesn't happen, there are numerous proxy sites and VPNs which can encrypt traffic and do not record any data).
But even if you could track a hack down...
Yeaaaah finally
Been waiting for this, seemed silly to not be able to use 3D vision on 3D youtube videos.
It's not over
Trey 4 LIFE
Words' meanings change over time. Get over it. One reason we have many of the words and grammatical rules we have is because somebody got their original meaning or implementation wrong and passed on their mistake.
Rapture is tomorrow, no point :P

You have to be very careful when reading articles. It says "amidst" in the title and in the article it only joins the two events with "then". It's a common journalistic trick to fool the reader, in fact there is no causal connection at all.
Title is misleading, this only affects websites signing into PSN, not the PS3 for online gaming.
Forget 2012!! The rapture, May 21st 2011!! 3 days!!! lolol
They are starred because they are not offered in Germany (probably banned by the draconian anti-violence laws they have). You keep the games. You don't keep free PS Plus content but that is different.
DragonKnight,
Please don't regurgitate the thermite bullcrap.
Thermite has NEVER been used to demolish ANY buildings, EVER. Thermite is a mixture of iron oxide and aluminium. Both VERY VERY common substances, so no wonder someone got confused and thought it was present at the WTC. It is used to produce an extremely high temperature reaction to e.g. weld train tracks together.
It's not an explosive. Demolitions are performed with explosives. Th...
