I would agree if you didn't have to pay for online play and could use DualShock 3 controllers in addition to DS4.

Software sells hardware, and Nintendo has plenty of it. The Xbox One isn't even launching in Japan this year and it's $500. A Wii U basic is $100 less than a PS4. The Wii U Premium actually comes with a game...unlike the PS4.

This is a stupid article. we're still months away from release and Nintendo still has to launch Pikmin 3. Nintendo has Wonderful Wednesday's on Facebook, featured it on their YouTube and E3 Direct. It's part of the 10% discount program for select Wii U titles at launch. Plus Nintendo could still do a commercial for the game you know...around the time the game launches.
No, the dreamcast was one part of many failed systems for SEGA. SEGA had multiple financial problems and issues.
Nintendo has far more money, and a hyper successful portable division.
