They are going after a community of people who do what they do because they love it. It's such a shame because without the tiny compensation that they do get, they may not bother at all. Maybe they'll even grow to not love it quite so much...

my last computer had origin. i couldn't stand it so i haven't bothered with it since i built this one. EA apparently doesn't realize that gamers want to minimize the apps it takes to run their games. Steam is all i want. Sure, valve doesn't get any money if EA doesn't provide their games through that service, but EA doesn't get any money now either...cuz i'm not installing origin.

First of all, Rooster Teeth and MS work hand in hand and MS sponsors a lot of what they do. So no, RT is not going to be affected by this.

Second, isn't it time people stop being 12 and acting like MS is some evil corporation? calling them "M$" is extremely childish.

Third, don't you think it would be wise to actually read the user agreement before jumping off the handle and making absurd assumptions?

The only thing i find entertaining is Nintendo's and their fanboy's desperationg to pretend that the company is still relevant.

"So glad to not be a MS fan.. "

right, cuz there's a rule that says if you're a fan of one, you can't be a fan of the other. pretty immature.

i'm not scrolling through a buncha pages to see multiple speculation titles. guaranted last guardian is on that list and there is no evidence to show that game is coming out any time soon, if at all.

def getting the last of us. aside from the first blu ray i've watched since i got my ps3, i haven't turned it on in almost a year. guess i better start updating it now so it's ready in time.

are games journalists too desperate to be relevant? click the link to find out...

lol, and there you go community. proving me right. enjoy your subpar games year after year. lets hate on anyone who expects innovation.

what a joke the gaming community is. perpetual 12 year olds.

this is just an example of a sony troll trying to paint an image of anyone who sees sony for the money grubbing corporation that they are. if you think this guy is trying to make a real point, you are an idiot.

he's trolling on behalf of sony fanboys everywhere. that's all it is. nobody is this stupid.

4851d ago 3 agree8 disagreeView comment

kevin butler was never funny. it takes a certain level of desperation to think he did sony a favor with his marketing. it's just childish "humor" that idiots respond to. you can put that stupidity anywhere and there will be a moronic audience for it.

The only thing that can ruin gaming is the community. What hurts gaming is 20 million people buying a POS game like COD year after year. the sends a message that the consumer isn't interested in innovation so a lot of companies don't bother taking risks. then we end up with a half dozen COD clones. The community hurts gaming by supporting DLC for things that should be in the game anyway. The community hurts gaming by bickering about which console is better. the community hurts gam...

gettin pretty tired of really stupid people acting like fox news is the only outlet that propells this attitude. msnbc is every bit as bad, if not worse.

yeah fox news is pure crap, but there are far worse networks.

it's just become the acceptible place to attack for people of sub-level intellect and people of a clear left-wing bias (aka morons).

yeah, when you name extreme differences, you either know you're being extreme for the sake of making an idiotic point, or you are, in fact, an idiot.

those games aren't completley dissimilar. they have similarities. social aspects, rpg elements, gear, increasing difficulty, etc..

and even if two games are VERY Different, you can still draw comparisons. replay value, multiplayer, fun-factor.

so get of your high horses. you're j...

It wasn't scary and you had guns that made killing the enemies a piece of cake with plenty of ammo.

there's 2 pretty important examples.

It's an action game with a few startling moments. i'm not saying it's a bad game...just not a survival horror game.

I'm getting pretty sick of very small-minded people constanting spouting the inane idea that 2 games can't be compared simply because they aren't in the exact same genre.

"in europe"

guess that explains why there are no comments.

Dead Space was never really a survival horror game anyway. I'm all for it. I got bored about midway through both games, co-op could add a lot of value to the franchise.

This game will still sell 5 million copies. Just because this isn't what YOU wanted in a RE game doesn't mean it's not going to sell well.

RE hasn't been a psychological horror game in a decade or more and since then, tons of games have come out that are. Stop acting like Capcom owes it to you to keep a franchise stuck in one time period. There are plenty of games you can check out that inspire actual fright while playing. Amnesia and Slender, for example....

This isn't what I want...

I want destruction physics!
-Take out a bridge or a building. Then see construction workers rebuilding/repairing.

I want to get on top of a building with a sniper rifle and shoot up a park, then for a few days or weeks (in-game time), people don't goto the park anymore.

I want to know how many cops there are in the whole city, and if i take the time to kill a few hundred of them, then there aren'...

"silly money?"

how is an investment silly when it pays off?

i swear, you people love to bash MS without knowing a thing about business.

also, how is this an informative article? of course it's "being worked on."
