Even if it were in game, there is no way to tell what kind of effects are going on. A ton of games can look that good in still images.

i prefer unrealistic driving physis in a sandbox game. the reason i stopped playing gta 4 was because it became really tedious getting back in my car and driving from point a to point b.

don't worry about porting it to ps3 later. ps3 exclusive owners wouldn't know the difference. they're used to reduced quality. they'll still give you credit for making the best looking game on the greatest system ever made.
EDIT: @the guy above me... MGS doesn't come close to Splinter Cell. and splinter cell doesn't have to rely on 20 hours of cut scenes to make up for the lack of actual game play.
